IF I COULD GIVE THIS A ZERO I WOULD!!! EVERY TIME THEY DO AN UPDATE VERSION TO SUPPOSEDLY FIX BUGS, IT MESSES UP MY CAMERAS!!! NEW UPDATE WAS 1/21/2025. SINCE THEN MY CAMERAS WILL NOT PICK UP ANY MOTION. I DID THE CHAT OPTION WITH THESE CHINESE PEOPLE THEY USUALLY IGNORE YOU. SICK OF THIS. THEY NEED TO FIX WHAT THEY MESSED UP!

Absolutely pathetic now. Ads coming up all the time. You have ruined the doorbell. Now not worth purchasing. Don't even respond. Was all good until recently. Beware do NOT buy.

I moved and now I can't connect to the wifi and I am unable to reach customer service.

Only had the doorbell for 9 months turned off everything apart from the ring doorbell the battery is crap needs recharging every 3 days even though it only gets used about once a week. Message them everything they say it needs recharge and they say to turn everything off. I just want to know why the battery drains so quick but they haven't replied to this question.

The adverts are killing the app. Absolutely disgusting I am thinking of getting a different door bell as yours has these ridiculous amount of adverts on DONT BUY THIS DOOR BELL !!

No customer service and company as no phone number

Anyone contemplating purchasing this doorbell THINK TWICE!! The amount of ads this company bombard your APP with is absolutely ridiculous!! There is an option to turn the ads off but THEY DONT ALLOW YOU TOO!!! Stay well clear of this company!!

My devices worked well until it went offline. I changed internet provider, so in order to change the password, you have to delete the device from the app. I am having a hard time resetting one of my devices and no customer service to help. And your footages are lost if no iCloud.

Device is trash! Paid for cloud service. Doorbell went offline and I can't get it back. There is no customer service number, and they do not respond to email or chat. Gonna get a Ring Doorbell.

Shocking stuff honestly stay away from, no videos save and battery dies after 2/3 days

This company is total fraud. I wish I did my homework before purchasing their product - a door camera. The safety and security issue is mind boggling. These cameras can be hacked with a snap of a finger and the hacker doesn't even have to be tech savvy. It's shocking. When I contacted them about the camera being offline and asked for help troubleshooting it, I kept getting cookie cutter responses which didn't resolve the issue whatsoever. I confronted them, and they just completely ghosted me, and now I'm stuck with the non-working camera. Just another fraudulent Chinese company- surprise, surprise... Take my advice and stay away from them!

Bought the cloud based back up and cannot access it. Have sent several requests for help and nothing. Waste of money! DO NOT BUY

I brought my M50 door camera from AIWIT in June 2024 and now the in-door chime does not work. I have tried troubleshooting and still nothing. I got so frustrated I contacted them and no response. Wouldn’t buy another one from them. No technical support to be seen. KMT

It is trash! Doesn’t keep settings. Videos are unclear. Some of the recordings will speed through! I truly regret buying it!

Trash. There is no simple fix when it randomly “goes off line”. I can’t find my wifi section in the app to chcek my connection but it keeps telling me it’s off line. It goes offline with no notice. It’s delayed in the feed and doesn’t capture every door encounter. Horrible customer service

I ordered the doorbell a few months ago and find it very useful, the quality of the picture is good and it's very easy to use. It is rechargeable and doesn't take very long to fully charge. I like that the zone can be changed to pick up or exclude areas on the screen. The price was great for what you get!

Terrible. Bell stopped working after 3 months.Amazon intervened and refunded me but because I had bought a years subscription, I bought another only to find I can’t access my subscription! For no reason!

RIP off, even stores that selling doorbell they dont mention that ,they make it look good ,but hide the extra costs to use, watch out for that ,ask which app does this door bell use, stay away from Aiwit app....my opinion....

Bought this video doorbell from Amazon as it did not require a subscription. WRONG!! The only way that I can view the videos is to cough up £0.096/Day for an annual plan. NOT ON!!

I like the doorbell camera. It works just well as my ring doorbell did. Having a little trouble figuring the iCloud associated with but it’s a lot cheaper than the ring iCloud services. Overall I give it a 8 out of 10.
