The agent I worked with, Joe Feltz, was quick, polite, and anticipated most of my questions. The biggest challenge will be adjusting my cabinetry to handle a slightly higher unit, but Joe is scheduling a visit from a carpenter to ensure fit.

Estelle helped make a very bad day better, as much as she could. Our appliances arrived after a month's wait only to discover a badly dented washing machine that was unusable and needed replacing. She worked out a replacement, we are very disappointed to have to wait another month and a half for our appliance but at least Estelle made the process easy on us.

Great customer service. Received a damaged item that was not discovered at first and Kaitlin worked with me and got the issue resolved in a timely manner. I really appreciate the support and understanding she provided. Very professional.

My recently new delivered refrigerator has dent on one side of fridge door and when I reached out to costumer service Aj Madison Ms Glenda helped me to submit request to manufacture department. Hopefully they replace it with new door as my purchase was new product and this was my first time purchasing by AJ Madison.
