Excellent service from start to finish on the purchase of our house. Indy worked hard to push through our sale for our desired completion date. As FTBs we had lots of questions which were always quickly answered. Initial quote was accurate. Thankyou to Indy and all the team.

It was a slow start with the council. When Ashley James Solicitors needed a push to complete the documentation. They pushed it so hard and in end the it was brilliant.

Indy and his team provided me with a great service with regards to buying my property. They were responsive when I had any questions and went the extra mile to ensure that I felt supported. I was really happy with the service provided and would recommend them to others.

This Company advertises itself as Property and Family Specialists but when I enquired about clarifying something in my property lease they point blank refused to offer me any help. Even after I explained all I required was for a solicitor to read through our lease and give me some advice which quite obviously they should be able to do since they carry out conveyancing no help was offered. Very poor customer service 0/10

The people at the firm are very polite but it has been difficult obtaining replies to emails UNTIL the last week or so. To be fair part of the issue has been lack of information from the estate agent too. Both issues combined means it has not been easy to find the progress (or lack of it) on the sale. I am really grateful to Indy for his hard work in the last week. He replied instantly and deserves 5 stars. There should be a link to a case file where a customer can look at notes so not hassling staff

I just purchased a house using the services of Ashley James Solicitors. There was a fair bit to look into and chase and there was a time frame within which to complete. Ashley James were professional, authoritative and assuring and got it all sorted for me on time. Thanks to all at Ashley James and particularly to Indy Deu who confidently took most of the responsibility for sorting the purchase.

On the whole quite good but some chasing was required to get our house move completed.

There were some initial hiccups in my process, such as dealing with 3 different solicitors of which, first one was not able to inform with detail the things that as a first-time buyer you ignore and the second, left so I dealt with a locum covering him, well she was very rude and she just didn't do anything on my case because she was too busy to look at my file. However, once I talked to the firm they took my case with the required seriousness and solve all the issues in a short time period and efficient way. I am especially grateful with Adrian's patience and follow up on my case.

Ashley James is by far the best solicitors around! From the initial offer stage all the way through to completion (which was only 3 months in total!) I was kept up to date and nothing was too much trouble, there was always somebody on hand to give you assistance or advice as needed. Indy Deu was my case handler and was always available to take my calls/emails and I felt completely relaxed throughout the process knowing that everything was being handled behind closed doors.
