Ashley James handled our recent sale; they provided a first class service. At this time when Conveyancing firms are struggling to cope with the high demand arising from the stamp duty holiday, and at a time when lawyers are working from home or furloughed, we were expecting delays, but there were none. The firm were extremely responsive, replying to emails on the same day and usually within just hours. Staff were all friendly and customer-focused. We really can’t rate the firm highly enough. We are very grateful for the wonderful service that we received.

Over the years I have purchased approx 20 houses and have moved solicitors a few times, as we all know this can be a very stressful and long service with no communication.
I don't normally leave reviews but Ashley James are worth a shout out, very professional, quick, efficient service from start to finish. By far the best and most comfortable sale we have made to date, good work guys.
