Definitely not a company I want to deal with. Even after cancelling my subscription this company still went ahead and processed another purchase! Very disappointed and I do not recommend. Extremely sneaky and not trustworthy from my experience!

Really recommend this product
Really recommend this product. Other natural deodorants have left stains on my clothes, or I haven’t liked the smell. Akt works better for me than any others I’ve tried. Love it!

Really easy to set up a subscription and update it if you want a different product so you don't always have to have the same 'flavour'. It is also really easy to adjust the timings of the delivery so that it meets your needs exactly. Also, the deodorant itself is brilliant!

Thank you for responding and answering the questions that we had. Explaining the dust is also a question that we had as we are avoiding deodorants with aluminum in it. We now understand about what's taking place when the oil is separated.

Arrived 2 days after I ordered. Was small enough to go through the letterbox, so no waiting in. Received emails from Royal Mail to say when it was arriving. Great product, great service.

Well it never arrived
Well it never arrived, it was resent back after one try, saying it’s because I don’t live in my own address, when someone was specifically there waiting for the parcel. Now if I want to I have to reorder everything again.. I hope it was a one of, as I haven’t had this issues before, and when I had the odd issue with delivery a replacement order has been sent to me efficiently, so I got a bit disappointed when I was told it’s out of you hands with delivery and to place the order again..

I do love AKT deodorant so much so that I have a subscription, I love that I can change the scent when I want and that it’s delivered when I choose. I can pause, choose a month or a specific date for delivery. Highly recommend

New balm discovered
Got the discovery set to try the balm before committing and I'm so glad I did. Glides on smoothly, dries instantly, zero residue on clothes and stay fresh all day. The scents are genuinely gorgeous too. Already ordered my full size!

Highly recommend!
I’ve been using AKT for 3 months now (and there’s still a good amount in the tube) so whilst it may look expensive it’s comparable to Wild or We Make Waves. Unlike those brands, it keeps you fresh all through a busy shift at the hospital and has not left any nasty stains on my clothes.
I contacted customer service recently regarding updating my payment method and has prompt, polite and helpful responses from Natasha.
