Be very careful when you sign up to their monthly subscription:). I believed that I only signed up for 2 days, and that mobile pay would ask me before taking the payment for the monthly subscription, so that I would have time to cancel it. Of course it was an error on my side for not reading through, but the subscription felt misleading.
However, I will give 4 stars because after sending them an email asking them to please refund my money as the monthly payment just went through, they refunded the 348dkk. I appreciate that they understood my error and that I received my money back.

I had a problem with my subscription so i emailed the customer support. They replied right away. They understood the problem and helped me and kept me informed throughout the whole process.

Fantastic company, love the fast customer service and the understanding on my behalf. I'm highly impressed. I will for sure use my business with Akutbolig again.

You can’t cancel the subscription online. You need to wait for them to close your account. I needed to close my Visa card because of this.

Because I didn’t cancel my subscription in a right way, so the subscription is still there, so i contacted Oliver, and she or he is extremely nice and helpful, so i would like to recommend Akutbolig to anyone need it!

I was facing an issue with my subscription. The customer services team was understanding enough and quickly sorted out the issue even though the issue occurred because of my mistake. Thank you for such a strong and trustable customer support.

Excellent customer service! I was able not only to find an apartment just within 2 days, but also got a problem caused due to my carelessness fixed by Akutbolig support team.

I believe akutbolig.dk is a tad to costly, and I would very much like to have greater willingness towards small dogs and furnished apartments.
If the lessors desires an un-furnished apartment that is simple enough to fix. The other way around is more difficult. I do of course understand that this is not always possible for akutbolig.dk - but it should be urged toward the lessees.

These motherf*****s steal your money just like most of other housing website in Denmark. I paid to contact a landlord and it just redirected me to another website where I already have a membership. Moreover, only after paying it showed that the apartment is to be rented only for a few months. Before paying it didn't say anything about that. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
