Takes just over two months from start…
Takes just over two months from start to finish but that’s so they can get the details as accurate as possible before moving on to the next phase. I applied early December and my waiting period will be over mid-Feb. It is more costly than advertised, you have to pay for the papers and also the filing fee for your county but that was expected that there’d be additional fees somewhere. The total from start to finish for everything was about $800, cheap compared to the time and headaches I saved. Overall it was relatively fast and easy in today’s busy world where time is precious, and I would highly recommend it.

Quick, easy, to the point. Non contested, we agreed on everything. The only drawback was having to pay an additional $100 for a notary, but in the long run, still saved me a ton of money, so money well spent.

Speedy Process
If your looking for a fast process this is it they are very polite and helpful Thur out all of the process. The surprise court fees after paying the initial payment can vary but once that’s over the process is fast. Never had a divorce before but less than a month and done is amazing. I have heard of stories it taking months to get it completed l. If you are both in an agreement on things it could go fast.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with this company. The totally online process was very straightforward and explained in detail every step of the way. I paid around half upfront and the other half when they e-filed for me (no hidden or surprise fees at any time). They were thorough and did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. The team was quick to reply (like within a few hours) when I had questions. My divorce was finalized less than 90 days from filling out the initial questionnaire online. I would highly recommended this service to anyone looking for a fast and affordable uncontested divorce in Alabama.

I have been trying to get a divorce for 11 years now, I filled twice through Florida, no one would help explain the book of papers I needed to fill out, It was a nightmare. I then moved to Alabama. This process was so easy, the paperwork was explained and I was able to file and understand what I was signing with no problem. The whole process took about 60 days.
