There was an excellent choice of Drill-Driver combinations, even within the Makita range, and I felt that if I had needed to discuss my purchase with someone that I could just phone up to talk to someone who understood their products rather than just the helpdesk for a 'box shifter'.
Very competitive prices, I did a lot of shopping around, and the items arrived very quickly.
I will certainly visit Alan Wadkins next time I need a power tool.

I bought a very large plastic tarpaulin (14mX9M) at a very good price.
The item was delivered early the following day. Later that day I received and e-mail to tell me that there had been a delay in the dispatching of the item. Confusing, but no real problem.
