A fine range of furniture
We needed a bed and a sofa and looked in Alan Ward in Chester. We were met by Mark Driver who was extremely helpful (and good fun!) - he spent about 2 hours with us. We left very happy and entertained! We wouldn't have any hesitation recommending Alan Ward Furniture. They have a fine range of furniture for all occasions.

5* bed advice WITHOUT PRESSURE TO PURCHASE

I can’t give them enough praise for knowledge, patience and just EVERYTHING. Unsurpassed by famous names!!!! their bed selection is unbelievable. I HIGHLY recommend. All the people we dealt with in store…
All the people we dealt with in store very very knowledgable and helpfull and all our orders were delivered on time.
Our two delivery men were excellent and installed all the furniture for us.

A very helpful store
A very helpful store, with carpets displayed well to make your choice easier. From start to finish everything ran smoothly and and carpets were fitted by two lovely chaps who but my room back perfectly after the job. I am a very happy customer .

Nearly all good
All good. There were minor issues with the delivery. We were given a
window of 12.30 - 3.30 and it came about 4pm when we were about to go out. Delivery men very efficient but seemed in a great hurry and we had to very quickly take some pictures off the staircase wall.
Fortunately no damage done.
I suggest a bit more attention to timing and build in some slippage time.

Pleased with the service in your…purchase of a new sofa and chairs.
Pleased with the service in your Chester shop. Advisory without being 'pushy' and able to purchase at January sale price as suite not being delivered until then.
