Our new suite.
Salesman in Winsford store was polite,helpful,explained the product clearly and (importantly) was not at all "pushy".There was a wait for delivery,but for a new suite it was not excessive,and we told at the point of sale how long it would be so were not disappointed when it came a few days earlier than expected!The delivery men were careful, efficient and quite a "double act".

We had two visits to the Shrewsbury…
We had two visits to the Shrewsbury shop, the first to get some ideas and the second to purchase two tables.
There was plenty to choose from.
The staff were very helpful, to show how good, we have bought several items over the last few months

Good overall experience
The staff member was very attentive and knowledgeable. We chose the perfect item to meet our needs. We waited until after Xmas for delivery but this was not an issue.

Beautiful sofa
Beautiful sofa, lovely fabric. Only downside is I can tell after it has been used for longer than a few weeks the fabric is going to get loose. It's already started to wrinkle after only three weeks. All that said, it's a stunning sofa.

Proper service from a proper store
From stepping into the store, we were very impressed with the layout. The cafe was very good and the staff that run it were very welcoming, yummy cakes as well 😋.
The sales assistant that helped us with our purchase was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the products he was selling.
We would definitely recommend Alan Ward!

Very disappointing service. Perhaps staff and company are complacent due to lack of competition in Shrewsbury.

Royal Oak sideboard & Shelving unit....
We ordered a Royal Oak 2 door sideboard and self assembly shelving unit to match which I can honestly say I’m very pleased with.
The sideboard is very solid and heavyweight in a lovely light wood.
Even though the shelving unit is self assembly, it was very easy to put together, with good instructions, which I managed to do on my own in about a hour, again very impressed with quality.
Luckily these items were both in stock otherwise it would have been a12 week wait, not so impressive!

Trustworthy and easy to deal with

Alan Wards Bedroom Furniture and mattresses Excellent Service.
We went to Alan Wards looking for bedroom furniture, we had been to other places but unable to find what we were looking for. Very good selection of bedroom furniture and mattresses. Adam was the sales person we spoke with, highly recommended very knowledgeable and explained in detail the differences between the various types of mattresses etc.
I was impressed by the prices and the sales offer, and also the fact that they price matched when we located a mattress at a cheaper price. Very easy to deal with.
