Great alarm system and the company was …

Great alarm system and the company was very helpful with installation, and with answering any questions I had in the first few weeks.
We did have an alarm go off a few days ago, and the guard took over 30minutes to check it out, however customer service did explain to me after the event that if 2 or more motion detectors or door opening monitors are to be triggered, they do phone the police. This helped to put my mind at ease.
Overall very good company, I would recommend them!

The motion sensor has only worked …

The motion sensor has only worked occasionally and is infuriating when it randomly kicks in and goes off when we least suspect it's working.

I've also been billed a random amount that was no where close to what the agreement said. I will be calling customer service today to discuss this.

A total bait and switch Run away

A total bait and switch with what was quoted with what was installed. No thermostat, no water sensor and the doorbell / garage opener never works. Need service? Abandon all hope of timely service. Dishonest practices.

terrible experience!!!!

We had alarm installed two week ago and it is not working properly. We are waiting on service which is schdelude for next week, 1 month after install.
We paid and can't use our new system.
Install tech not very good and tech support is awful.
Still waiting!!!!

Easy setup

Setting everything up was easy. The customer service agent who first took my information was a bit rude but every other interaction with other agents was great. Jay (ext. 230) was particularly great. There were no hiccups on the day of the installation because Jay did a great job making sure everything was in order. I called back a few times to add things to my order and Jay always returned my calls immediately and made sure everything was added properly and quickly. Even the installation tech that came (I forgot his name but he was also really good. Very quick and efficient) was pleasantly surprised that there was no need to call the office to have any issues sorted out with how the account was set up.

I think the monitors within the house …

I think the monitors within the house could have better zones.
We walk through our house all the time with the Armed STay setting on yet there are no indications within the history of any movement.
Makes me curious that if we had it set at Armed Away, they would even pick up an indruder.
Otherwise, the system works perfectly.
