We recently found ourselves in a very …
We recently found ourselves in a very unexpected situation where we felt personally threatened. We had never even considered purchasing an alarm system prior to this. Alarm Force bent over backward to get a system installed for us very quickly. The installer was very personable and helpful. We love the system. The only weakness was found over the brief amount of time we have had it. We wish a bit more effort was made to train us in using the system more fully. We have made a couple of mistakes resulting in false alarms that could have otherwise been avoided.

Only been with Alarm force for about a month so far service has been great. Had a few small issues in first few days but customer service was able to fix over the phone. Also had questions about new system they took their time to explain i never felt rushed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SO FAR . Brian

At first it was good guy got back to me …
At first it was good guy got back to me fast on questons pricing as soon as install was done went down hill from there. I was told that 2-3 days they would take the half month payment since it was installed on the 18 of the month i questioned on when it was to be taken out of account since i was not given the option to pick a date. Then when came out you took that payment plus the next month early. The installer said it would come out on 18 because thats the install date and i actually liked that date. Ive made two request for decals for my window havent seen a single one yet i was given a sign but i kids sign gets pulled out thats why i want decals. Overal not happy with this overall

I switched over to Alarmforce
I switched over to Alarmforce and was very happy with the service, customer service was excellent and answered all my questions. The panel used is wireless which is what attracted in the first place and having the option to arm and disarm visit my cell phone was a huge bonus for me.
A operator immediately answers to the comm for verification when alarm triggers, excellent service and cost effective overall.
