We made a good choice with alarmforce

We made a good choice with alarmforce, the only thing is the doorbell records cars driving down the street and uploads my video space much too quickly, just wish it could be placed somewhere where it would not catch the cars.

Excellent service!

I am very pleased with the system and with not requiring a land line to receive the service. I am glad that the police don't get called right away as the Alarm Force checks first. It is easy to use and I like that I hear when my outside door opens, regardless if the alarm is on. Great options!

System is glitchy

System is glitchy. Had to get a service call to get our garage sensor adjusted, and waited a week for someone to come out. Had to bypass the sensor in the meantime. No credit was provided for faulty service.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, very happy with the service and the technician who came to do the installation was extremely polite and efficient. I recommend this alarm company whenever I can! Excellent service!

Love the technology

From my first point of contact through installation and followup service, AlarmForce has been prompt, polite, respectful, and reliable. I love the technology behind their devices and app - it truly makes me feel involved and in the safety of my home.

Glad I have the system

We have had no problems with our system. Have set the alarm off twice by accident had very prompt and friendly response with alarm force operators. Nice to go out and know that our house is in good hands glad we have a security system. Very user friendly.

Mistakes on opening back door

Me and my husband sometimes did mistakes on not disarmed our system ans we straight opening our back door to throw out garbage in matter of 2 sec the 2 way voice responde right away and we really appreciate how active and will co ordinated they were for our safety . Now we travel a lot and wr have a peaceful mind that alarmforce is there for our safety of oir belogings before burglair can get into our home. thank u alarm force

Poor Quality Install

Unfortunately our new system install looks terrible. The service man was friendly, polite but did not install the box straight and the cord is worse. ;(
I mentioned how crooked it was and he said maybe go to Ikea and buy the cover up sticks? Besides this install I appreciate the service and still promote Alarm Force 😀

The whole process from inquiring to installation was very smooth. Prices and features were explained clearly and installation was done as scheduled. System works very well. Overall a very positive experience.

I was with another alarm company known …

I was with another alarm company known in the US and Canada for many years, at first was great, but after many years with them the service went downhill, I was having a problem with the alarm and they couldn't figure out the problem. I phoned Alarm Force joined them, then I called the other company and cancelled their services, and they still call me to say that my alarm is not communicating with their central, hello I cancelled. I have no issues with Alarm Force, the agent that I dealt with was polite, professional land very knowledgeable. The technician that installed my system did a great job, only took 90 minutes to do. I would recommend Alarm Force to anybody.

My overall experience was really good

My overall experience was really good. My only complaint was the process of submitting my credit card information. I personally feel that there should be an automated system that can be dialed into. I have a lot of reservation about putting my card information down. If the tech is installing at a busy time for the call center or when they are closed then writing down my card number is the only alternative. I also find the unit loud when entering my code. I tried to turn off all the sound as it's only really needed when I'm arming the premise to leave and when the alarm actually goes off.
