Overall experience was rough, lots of issues with install and issues with customer service. End result is we will be keeping the system thanks to Mason handling the situation pretty well when I called to complain.

From the first contact with a sales rep. on the phone, to the installer and the help desk, their service is top notch.

I was with ADT for 10 years and then I wanted to switch my system from home phone to mobile and when I called ADT, I was told it would cost $600 for the conversion on top of the monthly fee. That is when I called AlarmForce and got exactly the same system I had for $20 and the same monthly fee.
In addition to that, they were very courteous and followed up with me. The installer was there on time and very pleasant. AlarmForce would be the first name I would think of in security services.

If you have ever had a home security system in your home installed buy some other company, you will know what i mean when i say that alarmforce is the best and most reliable ,we had alarmforce a few years ago, then we moved to another city and put all our eggs in one basket with a cable company ! Wrong move on our part, after two years of frustration and numerous phone calls trying to get some to fix or replace the comportments that were constantly going wrong and false alarms, and police knocking at your door at four - o'clock in the morning ,saying there had been an alarm sounded when there wasn't, enough was enough we cancelled the cable company and went back to the people that knows the business , and again we are totally satisfied with everything that alarm force as to offer.

Recently moved, Alarmforce was very helpful and effecient. Transfer of the old service to the buyers was smooth and new install was as well.

Know their product very well. The technician who came to my place was extremely meticulous in his work ethics and install.
So far I’m please.

I had an excellent customer service experience with AlarmForce ! AlarmForce took the time necessary to understand my specific need for home security and automation and then delivered a fully tailored solution in a seamless and timely manner. Everyone with whom I worked at AlarmForce was professional, well trained and focused on addressing the customer need. Compared to some other companies, AlarmForce focus on service and delighting the customer is second to none.

I am with them since July 2017, I had couple of bad experiences with them. I used the their service for my business. There was break in at my store, rober distorted the panel every thing. I called emergency told them need to be fix same day because I cannot leave my store without alarm. I already had a stressedfull day and the guy keep telling me they will be come after two days bec there the technician too busy for other jobs. I donot understand they couldn't figure out what emergency mean, store already break inn roof had big hole. How I can leave store at night without alarm. But finally too many calls spend almost 5 hours with them they are agree to send technition next day. So I spend hole night at my store bec I have no option.
All I want to say if there is emergency they should understand and send their technician same day. Businesses cannot afford leave their store without alarm.

Good service but very cheap equipment. Installer would not mount the control unit on the wall

I found the customer service very easy to deal with. They fully explained what the service fees were and how their system worked. The appointment to do the install was quickly arranged and the service man who did the install was very friendly and explained the system in detail.

Fast and efficient from ordering to install. Sensitive to issues requiring alarm.

Installation was quick and simple. The set-up is perfect. The unit does everything I want. Key fobs are great. No issues at all. I highly recommend Alarm Force.
