Top notch customer service!!!
Top notch customer service on all departments that I’ve dealt with but very happy with my recent tech service call with Thomas W. I had a issues with my iq panel2+ getting fried in a power outage and had to buy a new one he was very knowledgeable and friendly plus he went out of his way to make sure everything was working correctly for me even with some account issues that he took care of. It would be a pleasure to have to do service with him again!

Support is amazing
My alarm company recently went out of business and the new company told me my panel was totally locked out and unprogrammable (despite being remotely monitored and charging me full price)... I spoke with Thomas for over half an hour about my current system, various modules and boards that exist today and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me.
In the end, his expertise alerted me to a product alternative that I was unaware of (despite significant Googling to try and unlock my current panel), and I'm moving forward with a conversion to a replacement panel and the service costs differential will pay for the new equipment.
Wish I had reviewed this option sooner!

I bought a replacement smoke detector from them. I had a hard time installing it into my system, but was guided by the excellent and comprehensive online material on every aspect of the install, for both the device and my honeywell panel. As far as I could see no one else had posted this information. Alarm Grid saved me a service call.

holy cow these guys are great
Today I spoke with Darrell who was incredibly helpful. But the fact is every one of these people is so knowledgeable—I’m talking like expert level. It’s just amazing. I wasn’t sure that it made sense for me to go the DIY route, because I’m apparently proficient at messing things up, but it doesn’t feel like DIY when I can call Alarm Grid and they talk me through whatever situation I have. No joke, I am continually astounded at the scope of knowledge and helpfulness of these people. There is no reason I would ever go anywhere else.

Outstanding staff, with individuals who worked with me (same people!!) from day one through to the present at year two. They are patient, engaged, understand my questions exactly, and had excellent recommendations on tech and system... all for half or less what I would have paid with another provider. Amazing Customer Service
This is not the first time that I've contacted Alarm Grid's customer support and been amazed by the level of service. Darrell K spent 45 minutes assisting us in setting up cellular service on our system and logging in to Alarm Connect 2.0. He was so patient and courteous and tested everything before we hung up. Afterward, he promptly sent me information on additional hardware compatible with my system, as requested. Their website has a great library of videos on how to use my system as well as others they support. I'm so impressed with this company. I used to have ADT in another home and I feel I receive superior support with Alarm Grid at a reasonable price.

Alarm Grid provides excellent service and customer support! I've made several upgrades to my security system and along the way I've dealt with my local rep, Nicholas Fuller, several times. I love that I can just leave my phone # for a call back instead of waiting on hold. It's also very pleasant to speak with someone stateside instead of someone overseas.
