We've had 2 sprays and Francisco Dias has been extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. He explained thoroughly the issue and what we can do to try to get rid of the problem.
The initial call and booking was extremely fast, easy and professional.
We've had 2 sprays so far, and one to go so hopefully the issue gets resolved!

Very helpful
We had a mice infestation, and Francisco came to help. He was very kind and knowledgeable, and seems to have solved the problem immediately. No mice seen since his visit.

Very happy with Albany - they were very prompt to call me back and we were able to arrange a visit quickly. Everyone I've spoken to has been polite and helpful. I hope we don't have any more pests but if we do have a problem would definitely call again!
