Really friendly and quick response organising a pest control service for my business would definitely recommend!

Been using them for 10+ years. Good price that has increased only once (if I remember correctly).
Regular discreet visits and the rare callout have kept pests in check and a recent emergency callout to deal with a rat problem resulted in two quick kills and a thorough follow-up has ensured no return of the buggers.

So far they have endeavoured to sort out the problem and we look forward to their return to finish the pest control.

As a corporate user looking for long term maintenance contract I was bitterly disappointed with Albany. One reactive visit by the most unhelpful poorly equipped technician who laid a grand total of three traps in a huge office setting, followed by 2-3 weeks of constant chasing to receive correct invoices and then trying for the same amount of time to book in the next visit which should have been within that same timeframe. Numerous calls, being accidentally hung up on, calls unreturned, emails unanswered for weeks etc later resulted in my today informing them that we do not wish to proceed with their services and have instead hired an alternative company. If you value your time look elsewhere. Needs reorganisation at every level.

The most awful company!!! They charge £500 for a service upfront and they do not even show up to provide it!!

You cancelled the first appointment almost two hours later than the time of the appointment and were late the next day.

Good service, I was not there but the tenants were and gave access.

Albany acted professional and found the cause of the mice ingress.

Product does not work at all. Technicians were not knowledgeable about the product and process, and barely took 10 minutes to spray an acre of yard. Customer service was also poor and they tried billing me for several months in advance. Don’t call them.

The customer service team are really friendly and helpful and the contractors are knowledgeable and polite.

They are good prossefionals, mainly Francisco. He come 3 times and he did a excellent job in my flat.
