Our technician Ryan was polite and…

Our technician Ryan was polite and informative. We live in southwest Florida. He was fast and spot on in troubleshooting the problem. Get this guy a raise in pay, Alert 360 management! I would have left 5 stars but the tech was not supplied with a proper battery to complete the work. (Not the techs fault).
We have had 360 for around 9 years and we have no desire to switch companies. We are happy with the service! Thanks.

I have been using alert 360

I have been using alert 360 for over a year now. Stephen or Steven, not sure how it's spelled, has been my tech and came out to my home on several occasions due to me adding cameras, etc. Wonderful customer service and everything you'd expect from a company you are doing business with.

Loved the tech Jeff

Loved the tech Jeff. He was awesome! Explained to me what probably happened when my alarm went off. Fixed what was wrong and made me feel safe again. He was also a nice human being not a rehearsed robot! Thanks you guys! From patterson Eye Center.

A very pleasant experience

A very pleasant experience! We left a company we had been with for 30 years. Matt was the rep that came to do all that was needed to get our service restored! He was knowledgeable, courteous, wore a mask the whole time and was just a very pleasant young man!!

Excellent service

Excellent service, I have been a customer for 20 years and Bruce has always been there for me. Today he and Tech John were here, wore masks, and gave me exceptional service. Highly recommend them.

Service tech came to get fobs working…

Service tech came to get fobs working after power outage. Good service
We called a few days earlier to get keypad working. It would have been helpful if the customer service rep on the first call would have realized that our fobs would need on-site service.
That would have been great customer service.

Rody is AWESOME!!!

Rody is AWESOME!!!! Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He did a service call on my home several years ago-- when I saw him -- I knew I would be alright. He remembered me as well-- I felt comfortable and knew my issues would be taken care of

Rick

Rick, did a good job explaining things and making sure everything worked before leaving. He even changed a battery for one of the motion sensor that we didn’t even know was low. Above all he reminded Us of one important thing, Rick we can’t thank you enough.
We been with this company for 7 years and We happy with them.

Brad is the Man

Brad is the Man! He always helps us with determining the ideal placement for cameras and even told us that our doorbell was broken and made sure the team had a new one ready when returned to work on the back cameras! He is a super cool dude and gets the work done quickly but takes time to walk us through the process. Thanks Brad!
