Great system, great service

I had a recent service call with Tech Tina. She sent a ‘heads up’ text so I knew when she would arrive, which was great. She took care of my issue in short order & also took the time to show me how to change the clock on my system. Great experience that was in keeping with a very good security system.

My technician (TINA HOUK) was…

My technician (TINA HOUK) was excellent. This is the second time she’s upgraded my system. 360 is great, but the person coming out to your home is THE MOST IMPORTANT.

Excellent Customer Service

I needed my pad on my door changed and Pete King came out ASAP! I am a school teacher and was in a ZOOM
meeting and missed him when came the first time! The called the missed call and he came right back in literally 5-10 minutes! He messed with it and messed with it until it was fixed and he was very pleasant!

360 installer fantastic!

My installer, Pete King, was wonderful! He set our system up exactly the way we wanted it, was extremely patient with our questions and made absolute certain that we were well informed & comfortable before leaving. Although he was very efficient with his time, we never felt rushed....and believe me, we asked A LOT of questions! We're so excited that we finally have a security system that addressed all of our concerns and needs.

Tech was on time and did a good job

Tech was on time and did a good job. I was surprised when he requested payment thinking it would be added to my next bill. I asked if he could take a credit card which he said yes. I gave him my card and he took a picture of it with his phone. I didn’t care for that at all. I thought he would have a scanner. Did not receive a bill or any acknowledgment that he took my credit card. Not a good way to do business.

Technician Mark Best Tech

Technician Mark arrived within his stated time frame. Was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all instilled confidence in me by correcting errors made by a prior tech and following basic confidentiality procedures. I highly recommend that he train other technicians.

TECHICIAN EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

The technician arrived and it took him five minutes of arriving to resolve the issue after the call taker on the Customer Support Line was unable to resolve it.

Alert360 is an excellent choice for home security

The technician Brad contacted me when in route and arrived as promised. His installation knowledge and skills were excellent and we made decisions together regarding specific component placement to optimize performance. He seamlessly integrated my Liftmaster WI-FI overhead door opener to the system and made sure my Alert360 app was installed correctly. The new Alarm.com Video Doorbell with Analytics is an incredible device and was installed perfectly. We are incredibly happy we chose Alert360 for our home security and highly recommend them for your customized security system.
