Great system, great service
I had a recent service call with Tech Tina. She sent a ‘heads up’ text so I knew when she would arrive, which was great. She took care of my issue in short order & also took the time to show me how to change the clock on my system. Great experience that was in keeping with a very good security system.

Excellent Customer Service
I needed my pad on my door changed and Pete King came out ASAP! I am a school teacher and was in a ZOOM
meeting and missed him when came the first time! The called the missed call and he came right back in literally 5-10 minutes! He messed with it and messed with it until it was fixed and he was very pleasant!

360 installer fantastic!
My installer, Pete King, was wonderful! He set our system up exactly the way we wanted it, was extremely patient with our questions and made absolute certain that we were well informed & comfortable before leaving. Although he was very efficient with his time, we never felt rushed....and believe me, we asked A LOT of questions! We're so excited that we finally have a security system that addressed all of our concerns and needs.

Tech was on time and did a good job
Tech was on time and did a good job. I was surprised when he requested payment thinking it would be added to my next bill. I asked if he could take a credit card which he said yes. I gave him my card and he took a picture of it with his phone. I didn’t care for that at all. I thought he would have a scanner. Did not receive a bill or any acknowledgment that he took my credit card. Not a good way to do business.
