Ordered a dress 1XL. Quite a nice dress for £29.99 Too small but to return it cost £30.00 shipping to China. I was offered the 2XL for £10.00 more so took a chance. It was also small and laid on the first, EXACTLY the same size. Company eventually failed to respond to exchange of emails.
Advise, don't buy from them.

If I could put a zero I would.
The dress I bought was awful made of the thinnest most see through material. From China which they don't say!
Communication I have to say was excellent but still no help as the dress was £34 and to return was £30...as if!!!

This company is based in China, although that’s well hidden until you have ordered. It took two weeks for the dress to get here & it was nothing like the layered, Luxury material advertised. It was supposed to hide your tummy but was so tight it emphasised it. The material was cheap & it’s only fit for the bin. Despite its hassle free returns policy, when you try to use it they tell you you have to pay £30 to send it back to china. They will refund on receipt but point out parcels rarely arrive. They offer you 15% & you can keep the beautiful dress or 50% if you take a credit - who would??
As others have said I would give it zero if I could.

Do not order from this company. They are scammers.

Nothing but trouble with this company. Says full 100% refund but told by company £30. to return item of clothing to China.

i also wish i had checked this company out before purchasing 2 dresses.
nothing like the photo, very very poor quality , after reading the return info from other people.
i have put them straight into the rubbish bin, they good for nothing.

Absolute rip off, agree totally with other reviews, the worst online experience. Terrible quality, inaccurate sizing and returns cost more than the items ordered. This company is misleading and needs to be shut down.

Should have looked at Trustpilot first. Cheap, flimsy, absolute rubbish. Poorly made, awful material, extremely small. Easy returns is a lie - having just looked at their 'Hassle free returns', it seems that you have to spend virtually the value of the item to return to China. Avoid at all costs....

Wish I’d read previous reviews; dress arrived and really poor material and too small. Return fees cost as much as dress so clearly a deterrent on their part to return. Very misleading brand in terms of location as not UK; do not buy anything from them!

This is the biggest scam there ever was. The material, style, size are all totally different to the photographs. I wish I had read the reviews too. They need to close shop, before they are taken to court for swindling innocent customers.

Don’t buy from this company. Received my dress yesterday. Poor quality and badly made and fitting isn’t right. Decided I would return the dress as it clearly states a 30 day cooling off period. I looked up the return policy and it says it must be returned to China at a cost of minimum £25. Make sure you look up the return policy first.

I agree with all previous reviews. Ordered two dresses, they were really tacky! Cheap material, very badly made. I immediately sought to return them, but after a few offers of discounts to keep the dresses , which I refused, the company stopped responding to my emails. Because I'd paid using PayPal, I referred the case to them. Had to wait a few weeks, but received a full refund! the dresses can now go to a charity shop!

This company can improve by ceasing business and ripping people off,who have worked hard for their money.
It is a 100% total scam,the material of the goods is shameful,not worth spending the overpriced return will just dump it in the bin,not even fit to use as rags.

So wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. £88 and 3 weeks later a package of 3 dresses, the worst quality I’ve ever seen, finally arrive. Returning the goods, well the £25 puts me off as I have no confidence I’d see my money again. Think I’m going to have to write this off. Dreadful.

Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a dress. Poor quality material, too small and it costs more to return the dress to China than it cost to buy. The company has nothing to do with London.

I too wish I had read the reviews. I had spent £124 ordered on 28/06/2024 was delivered 21/07/2024, but stated 5 to 10 days delivery time, which alarm bell should have been ringing very loudly.
The return label shows a Southall address, which houses several worldwide logistic companies all personnel being Chinese, and the very touching story about planting trees with every 3rd purchase laughable!!!!!!
I will be returning all the goods WHEN I get the address, I shall also be TRACKING the goods, and expect a FULL refund.

I agree with ALL previous comments a terrible company avoid them.
My purchase began with unreadable customer address I emailed twice with no response to my request, then suddenly it arrived & it’s awful nothing like I expected.
The company is in CHINA!! I NEVER order from there only UK.. Not a worthy company at all. I cannot spend another £30.00. On return. What a stitch up!!

1 star not worthy , wish I had read the reviews as previously said took ages to arrive £30 dress too small & really cheap material , looked at the returns policy it says all customers have to pay from £25 to return to china even though it clearly states free hassle free 30 days return , it also makes you think it’s a uk company… not so! Surely trading standards should be aware of this corrupt outfit?

I ordered from them because of supposedly being based in London. Haha. I was fooled. I am mad. My gut said no but my head said yes. I ordered a £30 dress. Awful fabric and size came up small. Messaged them immediately and got email back saying it'll cost me £30 to return to China! Mad. Then I'd supposedly get a 100% refund. Or keep dress and pass on and receive 15% refund. I'm appalled that these companies are able to trade as though they're London based. It's soul destroying and anger making. Shouldn't be allowed.
