Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. Bought a dress but was not as described so asked to return it. Was told that they are based in China (funny but their name doesn't suggest that!!) and that it will cost £30 to return it (the dress cost £29.95) and they don't always receive the return. Offered me 10% refund and suggested I sell the dress or give it away. Finally managed to get 20% back from them. This is a scam and wish I had read these reviews before buying, lesson learnt.

Pretty sure this company now selling the same old rags under the name of Lafoxy London. Avoid!!

This is THE worst company I have ever had the misfortune to buy from - The dress was absolutely shocking quality I have rags in better condition!!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHINESE ROBBERS !!!!!!!!!!! Offer you 20%refund with bull…. Excises about saving the planet ! I plead with everyone NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NO REFUND SHOCKING GOODS !!!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - clothes are quality of dolls' clothes and the "no hassle" return policy is a total lie. I insisted that I was happy to pay for tracked postage (to China) and after an initial offer of 10% refund instead of returning items (for sustainability reasons), and a further 4 emails I was offered 50%. When I remained insistent that I wanted 100% refund and requested the return address, despite 3 further emails, I have received no reply.

I would like to give no stars for this review. The dress took ages to arrive - came from China ! Material is shiny and uncomfortable. No label on the garment. I have emailed for return but have been told it will cost £30 and no guarantee it will arrive so may not get refund. Initially offered me a small discount and, when I complained, upped it to 25%. Waffled on about sustainability and not using too many flights - a whole flight for a dress ? Cannot find an address for their head office. Website and name of company is entirely misleading.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this site. Item arrived and like others have said in a tiny plastic bag and no paperwork. I ordered a size 12/14 and it’s more like a size 8! Can’t even get it over my head!
They can’t guarantee a refund as it’s in China and would cost approx £30 to return anyway with no guarantees!
Currently in dispute over email.

Rubbish product, rubbish communication and rubbish return policy - avoid at all costs !!! Despite a uk website and packaging labels from England, they insist on returns to Asia - absolute nonsense - please DON’T order anything from this sham company

Terrible company. Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a dress for £34.95 in my usual size and it is such poor quality, stitching appears to be done by a blind person and the design is nothing like what it appears on the website, and is also easily 6 sizes wrong. To return the item it will cost £25 as it must be returned to China.

The dress took weeks to arrive fromChina!! Cheap material. Return would cost £30 so the dress will go to a charity shop. The company should not be allowed to pretend it operates in London.

This is a scam Chinese company, despite its very UK sounding name. They advertise ‘hassle-free returns’; reassured, I ordered. When the parcel arrived, no mention of return process, so I emailed. No problem, they said, but since the warehouse is in China, you pay return postage -likely to be about £30. Avoid at all costs!

Do not buy anything from this company. They are cheats and liers. They advertise a dress as free delivery, and hassle free returns, but when you receive the dress, it's like a limp rag, with no style, the bag it arrives in is small and the dress is all creased, there are no instruction of where to return it. After several emails asking for the return details I was told it was to be sent to China at a cost of £30.00 it's just a complete scam, you are tricked into thinking it's coming from London. They are keen enough to take the payment before they send it to you. Always make sure you know the people you're buying from, I am furious that I was taken in.

I’ve given them 1 star to be honest they do not deserve that. Awful company masquerading as UK based which I checked out before ordering, they have a strap line saying “hassle free returns” until you discover all returns are to China minimum of £30.00 plus insurance. I’m a size 18 dress which is the size I ordered, couldn’t even get over my head it was so small. After numerous emails they agreed a 20% refund. They are maintaining they are saving the planet by only having one return address and promise to plant a tree, REALLY !!!

DONOT ever buy from this scam company, trading under various names similar sites on web offering same products. Check how long & where items come from…..China . Took weeks to receive product unlike photo. Poor quality & sizing, style unlike what I wanted. Refund costs £30 to China & they said not reliable, prob won’t receive it so no refund . Whole site a scam, many of us fell for it .Should be banned from UK trading. Dishonest & unreliable .

Not able to give minus five stars. My wife's order (no.6875) did not arrive. They then gave me a bogus Royal Mail tracking number. Then I received an email from a delivery firm in Ireland demanding a card payment of ONE EURO to tell me where it is. Am I silly thinking I've been scammed?

AVOID!Like everyone else the ads kept popping up on FB and I liked one of the dresses advertised. Ordered thinking it was coming from a U.K. based company but it is not. Dress came and it’s nothing like the ad.
Cheap polyester. Awful. Shapeless.
Emailed about return policy and it will cost me £30 to return China. “hassle free return” is a lie.

I bought two dresses and the money£62 went from my account on 1 July …. Now 25 days later still no dresses - nothing in the advert indicated delivery would take over three weeks

It’s a total scam !!… please do not order anything from these people or you will lose your money . The clothing is totally rubbish 100% and takes weeks to arrive and when it does it’s not fit for anything but the bin!
