I have never known a returns policy like it. I was offered a 10% refund and then 20% I can keep the dress as it would cost me £30 to send back to china .

This is SCAM! The company appears to be UK but it's China based. They do not offer returns. They offer a small discount instead and will not provide an order number or return address. Avoid!

If I could give zero I would. For all the reasons stated by others. Pushed them to a 40% refund which I rejected as the goods are not as described. They’re ignoring me now! Trying to find any means to annoy them, just for the hell of it. I encourage everyone else to do the same, take to social media, anywhere they advertise and lodge complaints. Trading Standards tomorrow and also my bank. Let’s so what we can to stop them from cheating other people. I’ve written off my spend, they are a bunch of lying cheaters scammers

I wanted to give zero stars for this company for all of the reasons given in other reviews but one star is the minimum. But please take my review as zero stars.

I thought I was dealing with a London company - how stupid am I !

It is only when your order is placed and cannot be changed that you find that it is ‘allegedly’ coming from China and that refunds are a) almost impossible and b) the cost of return likely to be as much as the value of the order

This company is Fraud!!!! Please do not buy any products as they will never give you your full money back. No where it said while purchasing that returns will cost you £25 and it has to be sent to China. Their material is rubbish and it gives you false pictures on their website. My adivce is YOU WILL BE DUPED IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CON!!! THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE TRADING STANDARDS!! BIGGEST THIEVES WORKING FROM CHINA!!!!!

I purchased 2 dresses from this company. It turns out they operate from China. Quality is rubbish, fitting of dresses it ridiculous.
To actually send the items back will cost £30 no guarantee they will receive them. Was advised by email to keep and give them to a friend or family member.
Absolutely disgusting this company should not be allowed to trade.

The dress was much too small and I’ve been given the option of returning it to China at a cost of $30 or I can keep it and order a bigger one at a reduced cost of $9.20 or I can just keep it and receive a refund for 15%. None of these options are acceptable. I don’t call this a returns policy. I’m so disappointed!

Material is cheap, sizing appalling, dress is more like a voluminous nightdress. Actually emphasises my tummy. Far too long and in reality looks nothing like it did in the advert. No paperwork came with the dress.
Will now start the process of getting a refund, no doubt a battle will ensue.
Suggest you do not make the same mistake.

No stars at all. I wish I’d read reviews before buying 3 dresses in the same style in different colours which took about a month to come and are probably worth about a fiver in total. I think I actually thought that because they’re quite expensive they would be great but these have to be the worst I’ve seen and now about £85 down.
Absolutely shocked at the quality and sizing of these dresses. DO NOT buy from this company.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this website. The products are of very low quality, and while they advertise free returns, there is a minimum £25 restocking fee.

Agree with all the other bad reviews. Fabric poor, sizes a joke and no was to obtain refunds. A total scam!
Facebook should not be accepting advertising from this company.

If I could give it a no star I would. They say 39 day return. What they don’t say is you have to send it back to China pay for it yourself and they may not receive it so you won’t get your money back. Disgusting. Wish I had researched properly first. DO not but from this company total rip off

Has anyone had any luck getting a refund from this company? Awful experience - wrong sizing - awful fabric - terrible all round experience!

Poor quality, have asked for returns policy only to find it will cost more than the dress. Even if I did return it to china I have no confidence at all that I would receive and refund. I’ll use it as a duster, that’s all it’s worth!

The item that arrived was nothing like the photo. The material was totally different and very cheap and the dress did not remotely fit to size.

I wanted to put less than one star but this isn't an option. Dreadful product, cheap, shoddy, see through, bad fit. Trying to obtain a refund is like trying to pin jelly to a wall but I will keep trying - it's the principle now. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid this awful company!

This company is a joke. The sizing of clothes is bizarre and the quality of fabric is abysmal. Despite being named Alex London, you have to return the items to China at a cost of £30. When you email to request a return address, they try to put you off returning items (with veiled warnings about packages often going missing on return) and offer you partial refunds - first 15%, then 25%, then 36%. I am currently on email number 10 to them and they have still to provide me with a return address. Do not buy from this company!

Very poor quality. Poor fit due to limited amount of material in dress. Return policy of £25 disgraceful and hidden until trying to use “hassle free returns” Nit sure how I didn’t realise before hand!

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Cheap China knock offs!! Poor quality completely substandard, would rate zero if I could! No point returning with a £25 return charge! Just Avoid terrible company!!!
