Although an expensive product (Moderno Sunbrella Sunbedsx2) and annoyingly had to pay £50 for fast delivery the quality is very good and happy to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding, having been let down by another company, I was a little apprehensive about placing further orders online. Alexander Francis is, by far, one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Pallet ways were fantastic and delivered on time and very friendly.

I've been looking to buy garden furniture from various companies for 3 years, and haven't been able to find anything I really liked. Due to the lock down, I decided to support an independent company and trust in a product I hadn't sat on or seen. I ordered armchairs online and was very pleased that they arrived only a few days later, no real wait even with lock down.
When I unwrapped the delivery I was delighted to find that these chairs were exactly what I had been looking for, excellent quality - the rattan is far better than other items I have seen in garden centres, and the cushions are made with high standard material and foam. I can tell I have bought a quality product for what I now think is a reasonable cost.
I'd like to say I am delighted with the service and the chairs and would recommend this company and it's products. Many thanks
