Excellent customer service, terrific product, really good value for money!

I highly recommend Alexander Francis, what a great experience I cant thank them enough in particular Jade & Karen the service provided has been superb from start to finish. This team are more than willing to help, I have been looking for a while to find the right furniture to fit my space and, Jade assisted me firstly requesting photo’s of the area then sending me a plan with the sizes of each piece.

The furniture and packaging is excellent and is fully assembled also the delivery was better than I had expected as it’s pallet delivery I could not be happier.

Excellent professional company, the whole ordering process, and delivery was easy and the service was fantastic.
We had one chair that was damaged in transit, and just a call to sort the exchange out was very easy.
The product is well made and high quality, I would recommend Alexander Francis.

Highly recommend this company. I’ve been looking for a Sunbrella sofa set for a while and came across the Moderno set. I needed the set quickly for a birthday celebration so called up and Jade answered all my questions. I bought the sofa on Tuesday and It was delivered 2 days later ready for the weekend!!! It looks stunning. Thanks for all your help.

Couldn't be happier with my new U-shaped garden sofas and loungers - they look very stylish and are well built and sturdy. Water just rolls off the fabric. I had been looking for comfortable and stylish garden furniture for a while and I'm really pleased with my choice. Delivery was friendly and straightforward too.

After looking around for garden furniture I decided to go with Alexander Francis. They truly do deliver what they say. My corner sofa looks stunning with high quality rattan and cushions. I spoke to to Karen a few time who did above and beyond to help me choose my dream furniture and answered all my questions. Fast delivery, highly recommend this company to everyone.

Ordered the Veneto Moderno sofa set and it's brilliant. Arrived promptly and the quality of the material and construction is top notch. The fabric is thick and well stitched, with a welded powder coated aluminium frame which other sets I was looking at didn't have. I've had the set a couple of months and we get a lot of compliments on how good it looks. You can't beat lounging on a sofa in your garden- bring on the summer!

BEST outdoor furniture out there! Super efficient and friendly - Karen and her dream-team have worked hard to create our perfect outdoor furniture. The end result has been fantastic! They could not have been kinder and more helpful along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for stylish/hard wearing/comfortable outdoor furniture!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Worthless 5 year warranty and terrible comms. Damage reported to Milano set that cost c £3k in August 2018 after less than a year and just a few weeks of use. Still fighting to get cushions that fit the new frames that we waited OVER 7 MONTHS to be replaced. Too much time wasted taking photos and videos to prove the damage. Happy to share them with anyone that's interested. Shameful customer service.

Fabulous customer service, beyond helpful. Delivery communication excellent, arrived on time and in perfect condition.Quality of products are fabulous and so comfortable. Highly recommend this company to my friends and family. Excellent all round.

When it eventually arrived we were more than delighted with our outdoor corner sofa unit. It was so hard to find a "petite" one that would fit our limited decking space. The cushions are plush and plentiful, although not waterproof, which would have earned another star. But frankly, trying to find outdoor furniture with waterproof cushions at this price level and quality are like looking for hen's teeth!

The only disappointment was the delivery. To be fair, this was sub-contracted by Alexander Francis to a company called Palletways. I've had bad experiences with this outfit before and would never knowingly use them, but had no choice on this occasion. The promised delivery date came and went. It's hard to get through to the correct person at Palletways - I was shunted from London to Northampton to Birmingham to Bristol when I really wanted to contact the Leeds depot.

Alexander Francis did all they could but ended up as frustrated as I was. Eventually the pallet was delivered four days late - on a day we told Palletways we would definitely NOT be in! Left in the middle of the drive so we couldn't park the car properly when we returned. Sadly, this shockingly bad pallet deliverer does reflect badly on the supplier, however helpful they try to be. The problem of course is that one doesn't know who the delivery company is until after you've ordered. NEVER EVER USE PALLETWAYS IF OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE

It has been a very refreshing change to use Alexander Francis. They were perfect in every way. Customer service was amazing. Any questions or queries were answered immediately by polite and helpful staff. Delivery was super speedy. For such a large set of furniture it was amazing to order on a Wednesday afternoon and have it all ready to sit on by Saturday. The quality of their products is fantastic. Really well built, sturdy, long lasting materials. All in all just amazing. Would definitely recommend them to others. Bravo.

Absolutely thrilled with my sunloungers. Came a week earlier than expected. Really well packaged. Great service from the delivery guy. He brought them into my garden. Not just kerbside delivery as stated. The sunloungers are excellent quality. They look fab in my garden. Would highly recommend this product and the company. Thankyou. Can’t wait to start using them. 😄

Excellent buying experience. The sofa set is of very high quality and I especially like the depth and comfort of the cushions.
The only slight negative is that it is only delivered to the front door. This was made clear to me when purchasing, but when paying for delivery, I am used to goods being delivered to where they are going.

Sunloungers are great, just need the sun ! Surprised that the pallet they were delivered on was not taken away though.
