Mario Jensen at Alexander Hall has been amazing!

I'm a first time buyer so just came across Alexander Hall from a Google Search. My first contact was with Ptolemy, who actively listened and helped line up the broker/advisory timeline perfect with my situation.

My circumstances were quite unique but I was supported by Mario Jensen who was attentive, quick to respond, and found the perfect lender for me. He even secured a rate reduction before getting my offer through.

Within the fee you also get supported to setup life assurance which was super helfpul and they have a handful of referrals to other companies that make the process much simpler i.e. surveyors, conveyancors, home insurance, etc.

We loved working with AH and really appreciated how smoothly they handled our mortgage process. A special thank you to Jack, who managed to secure a mortgage for our not-so-straightforward situation. He was incredibly patient, kept us updated every step of the way, and made the entire process feel stress-free.

Martin was a mortgage advisor and Rowan helped set up our protection products. It was a great working with them and providing a great experience throughout.

We have been working with Shafeen at Alexander Hall for the last 9 years, and have used Alexander Hall to purchase our first flat, and now more recently our first house, as well as remortgaging over the years. We are both freelancers in our work, so mortgages can be a little trickier, but Shafeen is a pro!
