Awful company who have accused me, well my husband of wearing shoes which were returned as soon as they gave us a return label. We have 28days to return but because an immediate return wasn't processed and we didn't complain that the shoes looked worn or the shoe box looked reused, they've cleverly used it against us. Never had any issues returning products even Shien take back their products. Can't believe the daylight robbery. What a scam, and Debenhams should not be affiliated with this company.

Penton premium boots. Worn for 8 days. Heels have started to come off. Contacted customer service... no response. Hopefully PayPal can help out. Certainly not a premium boot. Such a shame as they looked decent

I ordered a pair of shoes that were to tight , I tried them on and wore for less then 2 minutes , they were good shoes but didn’t fit me , then the problems began , I followed there process for sending them back , twice I had to email them that there was no return address and also not enough postage , the email returns was polite and helpful, so I finally got them back when suddenly a email arrived that stated I had worn the shoes and there was signs on the sole , I replied that I only tried them on and only on carpet and suddenly it seemed I was a liar , it seems to me that there is a delaying tactic for returning the shoes and a excuse for not refunding

My husband loved these Top class boots. The packaging is second to none. He will keep the box as storage for his boots which is something that he has never done before. It usually goes in the bin. A**
