Lovely shoes, but too big, so have returned; however, they really let themselves down with the return service. There have been 21 emails back and forth, and I still haven’t been refunded. It really shouldn’t be this complicated!

Really impressed with the Hadley style shoe from Alexander Pace.
I ordered them to go with a new suit and the quality and service was exceptional.

The shoes fit and feel great, and their customer service was great. I ordered the wrong size and they exchanged them with no problems and the new pair of shoes arrived very quickly as promised

Terrible customer service! I returned some shoes following their policy to the letter, but they have gone very quiet since and have not issued my refund. I will have to go to small claims court if they don’t refund me soon. I know it will cost more but it’s the principle!

I have purchased Silas Chelsea boots and realy happy with a quality and it's a perfect fit ,however it took about 12 days for them to arrive to US which I think is long ,appart from that I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Ordered a pair of "Cromwell" brogues in 2021. Timely delivered. Flawless quality. Leather, Sole and Stitching are Outstanding ! Bargain for the money I've paid. Worn in snow, rain and were using in summer season - Still in pristine condition. In 2022 bought a boots. Later will write a review. 111% must buy footwear !

I bought a pair of boots from this company and in fairness i have had them 7 months but only wear them occasionally as I have approximately 45 pairs of boots and shoes. These boots which are suede and leather sadly split on the suede part of the material after only wearing them around a dozen times, I brought this to the attention of the company to which their reply was "if I didn't know they were going to split after 14 days there was nothing they could do as it was company policy not to accept returns after this time scale, wish I had been psychic!!!
Showed them photos of the boots which are in perfect condition apart from the defect, I was then told that I had caught the suede on something sharp, this having happened in such a perfect way as not to have touched the leather at all, a miracle!!!
The top and bottom of this is the material used is of a low quality and they charge top money for it.
Sad I really liked these boots and would have purchased more from them had they had been of a decent quality, but not after the way they treated me, will stick to reputable brands such as Loake, Grenson, Eves and Grey, Justin Deacon, some of the brands I normally purchse from.

Have been continually phoning and emailing with no response. My partner purchased a pair of boots, whilst the quality was superb, they were too big. They have ignored all contact re return !! Not super cheap and if no use - thoroughly disappointed -:(

Bought for everyday use, the Elm Oxford brogue works well with both casual or formal wear the suede panel being a nice touch. I find it good value for money.

I purchased the Ballard brogue loafer and have to say I thought the quality and style of these shoe was exceptional. Super fast delivery. So pleased with the shoes. Will definitely buy from this company again.
