Customer service and management really care about your experience as it reflects on the company brand. They were quick and attentive to resolve and issue no matter how big or small. Great access to lots of staff and team to get move done efficiently.

Alexanders have been brilliant from start to finish. I had used them before for a smaller move and was so impressed with how easy they made the whole process, so I went straight back to book them again this time for a much bigger move. Right from the start, they have been friendly and communicative and made the whole process really simple. On the day of the packing and the move, the team worked so fast and were so friendly and helpful. We were blown away by how easy they made it look, when we had thought it was a very daunting task! They also took really good care of all our belongings which have all made it safely to our new home. I would recommend Alexanders to anyone!

The team were very prompt and helpful. The planning was smooth, and the movers themselves were friendly, efficient and meticulous. We were provided with more than enough boxes and packing material, and the team then took them back after we’d unpacked, so the whole process felt very seamless. We also stored our stuff with Alexanders for three months while between places, and all of it was returned safely and undamaged. It’s a premium price, but it’s worth the money to smooth what usually is a stressful situation.

Alexanders moved our office at very short notice, with an ever changing list of requirements, but were extremely helpful throughout the process. The moving team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone moving house or office.

Moving house is never fun but Alexanders made it as easy as possible for us. Our renovations were delayed and the moving date changed several times- our move manager Justyna went out of her way to help us reschedule every time and had infinite patience with our many, often panicked, requests. When the day finally came the crew were efficient and courteous, despite having to move in 300 hundred boxes in a building site with builders at work. I hope never to move house again but will be recommending Alexanders to anyone who does. Thank you!
