They contacted me to make sure the sizing would fit, and once sent it arrived promptly. The boots fit great, didn't even need to break them in, they are comfy, fashionable and protective. I wear 7.5-8 in US and ordered 39.

Excellent customer service and product pricing
Ordered Falco boots because they had great pricing on the pair that I wanted. They had a vacation notice on their page, but they were still responsive via email when I had questions about the item. Once they were back from vacation, they verified some information from me and sent the boots without a hitch! Excellent customer service and very easy to deal with.

I've made a few boot purchases from AlexFactory. Boots were shipped via Fedex, fast delivery and no hassle. Another plus was that I could get half numbers for Gaerne which I could not find in the US.

Ordered some Sidi Boots from the US. Alex emailed me several times to help with fitting. They shipped them to Austria in two days where I was to pick them up for a tour of the Alps. Alex emailed me again to see if they fit ok. Beyond good customer service. I am 100% sure Alex's help ensured the fit was dead on and the feet we happy!
