Hopefully dispatch now Improved!

I placed an order for an in-stock item on Wednesday night, then for some reason, I checked reviews after placing the order. I must admit I panicked a little after seeing the awful reviews and wish I could cancel the order, or hadn't ordered in the first place. Two days later, on Friday morning, my order was delivered without any problems, so hopefully, the situation has now improved with Alice Bow!

The insoles never arrived to my house

I ordered my insoles on November 4th, but they did never arrive. Th customer service is null: I wrote several times to have some information, but I received no answer. I sadly have to confirm all the negative reviews already present here (unfortunately, I did not read them before my purchase!!): never, NEVER buy from this site!

BEWARE!

I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the first time that I should have actually listened to the bad reviews. It has been six months chasing after them because I never received my item. They keep your money and then they don’t even have the courtesy or decency to acknowledge you. Just overall TERRIBLE customer service. This company doesn’t even deserve one star, but it was the only way that I could post my review to warn others as well.

extremely negative aftertaste

i can only echo the extremely negative reviews below; my order, which was greatly delayed, was incorrect when it finally did arrive here in the US. i pointed this out and I was told I could return the incorrect unused insoles to the UK at my own expense and they would send the correct ones. yeah right....clearly our thoughts on customer service are worlds apart..

No product and no refund …

I have been waiting since June 25th for the insoles to be sent to me but only get horrible excuses for why I haven't received them. According to a customer rep she "will chase them up and send out priority." Almost 3 months and have gotten nothing.
I have recently asked for a refund and have no response to that either. Promotions are on going but they don't know how to fulfill orders much less return money for no product sent.

Terrible communication; unable to fulfill order, took a threat of calling CC company to get refund

I ordered two sets of insoles on Jul 31; both were in stock. I needed them before Sep 5. On Aug 9, I got an email that said “Apologies for the delay in processing your order. We're currently experiencing some delays with dispatch, but will have your order processed as soon as possible.”

I gave it a couple of weeks, then when I didn’t get any ship notice, I replied to their email on Aug 21, noting my need-by date of Sep 5 and asking for help. I got a response the next day, Aug 22, which I’ve since realized is a form response they send to everyone: “Thank you for your email, hope you're well. So sorry for the wait with your order, I know this must be frustrating on your end! I will chase it up with the team and get your order sent out as a priority.”

That’s it—I never got another response. I sent another email on Sep 2, saying I still hadn’t received an update and was still hoping to receive the order by Sep 5. That date came and went; no response, no delivery.

So this week I looked at TrustPilot and other review sites, and realized this is a serious issue—so many customers having the same experience as I did. At least one other person posted the same “chase it up with the team” response that I got.

So two days ago, Sep 8, I sent one last email to them saying that if they didn’t respond this time, I’d open a dispute with my credit card company. And what do you know: less than 36 hours later, I have a refund. No apology, mind you—no “we’re so sorry this happened.” Just my $45.90 back.

Needless to say, I won’t ever be ordering from them again. Super disappointing experience.

AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COST! I placed an order for their bridal insoles on June 27th. Today is September 9th, and they still haven't shipped! I've tried contacting them several times to inquire on status, and have yet to hear from them! I've opened up a case with PayPal for goods not received. Terrible company!

Disappointed I Never Got My Order, Poor Customer Service

I join with everyone else who rates this company poorly. I paid for and placed an order on May 8 - it's late August and I've still not received my order. I emailed them a couple months ago to ask about my order, after a month I got an email that said I should have ordered it paying the higher shipping price so that my order could be traced. Apparently they're blaming me(?) I've sent three emails since then that have gone completely unanswered. What a disappointment.

I have ordered twice from Alice Bow

I have ordered twice from Alice Bow, both orders were seamless. Both orders arrived as promised and in nice packaging.
My third order, however, is months old and not nowhere in site.
I think they went under and are not returning any funds.
How disappointing.

Unreliable

In fact if possible, I would give this firm no start at all. I placed an order in July and I am STILL awaiting delivery! My emails are also not being responded to. Very poor service and I shall certainly seek insoles elsewhere, once I have been able to get a refund for goods not delivered

AVOID do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, absolutely appalling. Ordered bride insoles, they didn’t come in nice cream bag. They arrived in black tissue paper and were wrong size. I’ve emailed this company 40 times and not once have the actually read my emails and addressed my complaint. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Really dodgy company

Scam, DO NOT ORDER

Ordered insoles on 20th July, contacted them after a week and received a generic reply, after another couple of emails they stopped replying and no sight of my order yet.
This website is a complete scam and I reported them also with Trading Standards as I believe they are just robbing people!

If I could give less than one star I would! Absolutely appalling service from Alice bow. I placed my order on 10/5/21 for items showing in stock. No delivery to date. Generic reply when I sent a message on Facebook. They have of course taken my money on 10/5/21. Still no advice on when they plan to deliver.

I cant help but think I have been…

I cant help but think I have been scammed and lied to. I ordered at the beginning of July, dispatch date 19th July (later than expected but at least they were sent). nothing has arrived but I have had some email correspondence. Disappointingly told that i should allow longer for International Delivery when I live in the UK and they are meant to be dispatched from the UK, and told they are sent with Royal Mail. Luckily I paid through PayPal so can open a dispute.

I’ve ordered back 10/05 and still have not received my order. The same story, they sent me an email to say that there is a delay. Then what name I would like as I have requested “personalised”. I have replied but never heard from them again. I’ve sent numerous emails and left messages on the answer machine. They never pick up the phone and looks like answering machine is for 24/7. Is this company a con? They should never get away with this. Lying and deceiving customers by taking their money! And even use the Duchess of Cambridge for their Marketing to sell their insoles! They should be on Watchdog!

Ordered in good faith BUT...

I ordered insoles at £33.90 on 10.5.21 and received acknowledgement and then 2 weeks ago an email arrived to say there was a delay and since then nothing I have just emailed them to chase this up. But now reading these reviews it looks likely I will not hear from them or receive my order. I should have read these reviews first.

Shocking customer service

I placed 2 orders in early April totalling 12 items and over £200. It is now 13/6 and I have heard nothing. I’ve emailed all 3 addresses 3 times; left comments on Twitter and FB but nothing. They took my money straight away.
