11 working days after placing a order. No phone call returned and no emails answered. And still no parcel

Avoid.

The usual high standard of service and competitive pricing I've come to expect from AT Models. A good stock and range of materials, spares and accessories from all the popular manufacturers and all dispatched very quickly too.

Not the best of service. States ships in 1 to 2 days.
10 working days later no update. Despite the call i made to them that they said they would return and the email. Still advertising 1 to 2 day dispatch.

Cannot fault this company , if your lucky enough to deal with raj then you know you will be looked after …went over and beyond to see I got my parcel as was an issue with my first delivery over new year ,was kind enough to throw in a little appolagy gift for the delay.. thank you very much

I ordered a car for my son for Christmas and when I went to charge it Christmas Eve they had sent me the wrong charger. After speaking with them I was told to go and buy one local which was 1.5 hours each way on Christmas Eve so I had to pay for 3 hours driving plus parking plus a new cable and they said they will refund me £3. I think it’s crazy how a company can get something so basic wrong. Anyway. I asked for a small good will gesture and was told no. So I would avoid buying as there knowledge is not great. And if you have a problem good luck getting it sorted. I’m out of pocket £45 for there mistake and that doesn’t include my time driving around.

Placed an order 4 days ago, paying extra for next day delivery.

Emailed their sales support requesting an update on the order, haven’t received a reply as yet. Also contacted their sales support through a Facebook message, no reply.

I understand the day following my order was New Years Day, although the next 3 days were working days. I haven’t received any update or delivery information from the company.

If I had known the delivery was going to take 6 plus days, I would have ordered it from another supplier and received my order by now.

I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company nor use them again.

Edit, the product was not brought in October. It was purchased end of November and return requested in December. The request was not honoured at all and you changed the website. Be very careful and definitely do not purchase Christmas gifts from them. They changed the extended Christmas returns policy on their website after contacting them about making a return. Read about other 1 star reviews and you’ll see it’s not the first time they have manipulated their website to try and con a customer. If you do order with them, ensure you take screen prints of everything. Many RC shops out there with much better customer service.

Bought a nitro banzai for a Christmas present, took 2 hours to get it started, followed instruction manual on running engine in, checked everything over, every bolt was loose. Next day it ran for 30 metres and engine came loose damaging the clutch. Is this normal for a brand new car? If i could give you a zero star rating i would be.. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.... P. S. Run in was followed as in instruction manual... Doesn't say anywhere in instructions about everything will be loose and will need to spend more money getting it set up to actually run more than 5 seconds.

Excellent Customer Service and Value Products. Supplied me a with Fantastic Design/Flying, Arrows Hobby 50mm EDF pnp BAe Hawk Also the Arrows Vector Units, which while are application specific are great, no adjustment needed. The Vector is a Compact, Elevator and Aileron Gyro Unit. Just ensure your model Aileron Servo setup mounting directions (ie inboard or outboard servo and upper wing or lower wing pushrods), are the same as the Arrows model, specific Vector unit. You can glean Arrows model aileron servo mountings from advertising photos of the specific model. The Elevator stabilising direction can easily be changed simply by mounting servo horn 180deg from original neutral position.

Purchased Hobao Hyper Mt Sport Plus Nitro as a present, the car arrived faulty and didn't work properly from the start. Have recorded a video, reported the issue promptly to the seller. There were other issues pointing to the fact that I did not receive a new item. Raj, kept implying he sold a fully functional model, refusing to offer any solution despite receiving a video as a proof. I have now opened a dispute to get my money back. Very underhand and unprofessional business, do not buy expensive products. Only purchase from reputable sellers, this one is not it!

Disappointment for my twins.
Purchased 2 RC cars which should be RTR but one of them needs 2 hours assembly which cause a huge disappointment for the boys who were waiting Infront of the door to get their new toys.
Also next day pne of the car start going reverse while i wasn't touching the remote controller😂
Make sure you getting better batteries otherwise you ll be able to play 10-12min👎🏻

Wrong battery sent, a simple phone call made to the friendly staff and resolved immediately, new battery came 2 days later 😀
