Very very poor customer service brought a ftx carnage and won’t give me a refund very poor customer service very argumentative when the car was arrived damaged all calls I recorded and no threats was made this company is a shambles

the car was used, damaged , fresh grash in the gears and drive chain. we offered a part refund or return of the vehicle. There was a period that threats and abuse were sent through the phone and 56 calls made to us, during tthis period. The product is still avaliable to return and part refund has been offered.

Finaly I have found a shop for my Align TB40 helicopter with pretty good prices and quick shipment. Only small thing is the shipping cost which is supposed to be registered and signed for but it was put directly in my letter box.
