Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent.
After purchasing online I called the store to explain I needed the item posted quickly.
They posted within 60 minutes of purchase and then called to tell me.
Would definitely use again

Poor customer experience
my experience was that it was a terrible shop to deal with....the owner is not interested when things go wrong and many kits are more expensive than other RC shops. batteries ordered never arrived and when they did they gave them to someone else...sold an xnova motor to me that did not fit the kit he sold it to me for...etc etc etc
I spend lots of money on rc kits but will never buy anything from them again...

AT model where do I start this is the best hobby shop I have ever been to and always well stocked and always manage to get the parts I need to keep going as they have a well stocked warehouse if what I need is not in stock I always get it the next day or so and the staff are more than helpful I’m a customer for life no better hobby shop for me always a pleasure 5 stars from me
