I changed to Alinta months ago with 2.x…
I changed to Alinta months ago with 2.x $100 bonuses 1.for electricity , 1.for gas
Then i get a message yesterday saying they can not access my gas meter ( been living here 2 1/2 years with no problems to find out they were trying to go next door ( i live 108 albert street , they were trying to get into 108A albert street next door) i recieved an email a few weeks ago with an address of 108A albert street for gas ,.so i replied with this is wronge address and i would not be paying any bills for 108A WITH NO REPLY ( MORE SHIT SERVICE) if they had of responded to this it could have been sorted out before you sent a m.eter reader.
So then i had to re apply for the gas account (65 minutes on the phone)of which they tell me there is now a connection fee of $75 odd dollars (which i did not have before) and the welcome bonus has gone from $100 to $50 which wont even cover the connection fee ( its still connected , i dont understand what they are connecting)
I see i have a cooling off period ( ill be checking other suppliers)
