I dont recomand this company!!
I dont recomand this company, i have a case with them for 7 months now and nobody its taking care of.
The guy that it suppouse to investigate the case asked for my signature in order to investigate what he need it and finish the case , but after long time of Waiting amd calling to alka and His colleagues was telling me everytime “he is sick”
“He is free” , “ he is in a meeting” and he suppouse to write me back but the Waiting time always too long and always with different requested even if i already sign a paper where i give him right to investigate .
After 7 months i still wait for His answer , last time was saying “ you will hear from me at the end of NexT week” but this was 2 weeks ago and since that time i sent him at least 3 email and no answer back.
I asked him email of His leader , but no answer from him as well .
I made a complain on complain department but no answer from them as well .
This is How professional they are working and How fast they are colaborating .
So the company deserv less than a star but unfortunatelly i dont have this option.
So thanks Alka for “help” , do you think i will receive an answer soon about my case?
Or do you think my case will be fixed this year? Its already 7 months so dont worry there is not rush and “no problem” with the fact that i am paying for a car montly that no longer exist , or because i need to borrow from my friends a car to work every single day.

We're a danish company, and while most are more or less fluent in english, some employees might not be confident enough to register the claim in english. There's no rules that you have to explain in danish. Simply politely ask to talk to a colleague or register your claim online. No problem.
