It was a last minute present but wanted it to be personalised. The blanket and romper suit were well received. There new parents loved the personalised touch . From ordering to delivery was very smooth in the expected delivery time.

Great company, fast delivery and the item is amazing quality(yet to try it on though as it’s for Father’s Day) but feels absolutely amazing and looks great too

This is not the first time I have bought from this company and was impressed enough to buy again. However, woe-betide if you need to use customer services.
An item was missing from the package that was sent, so I contacted customer services. They wanted proof of what was received because they apparently use different printed bags for different items. They alleged that it had been signed off as being sent and wouldn’t consider that a mistake could have been made at their end. This was a gift so I had no packaging as it was thrown out.
They would not engage further unless I had a photo of the packaging!

Some of you may have sympathy with the seller but according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

1. The seller must deliver all items in the order.
2. “We think we sent it” is not proof.
3. You can’t require extra evidence (like packaging photos) to avoid responsibility.

After much to-ing and fro-ing over a period of a few days, they sent the item as a “gesture of good will”!
This was their duty! Dreadful!

Falsely advertised product.
My partner ordered a personalised Easter Treat Box as a gift for my son and when we opened it there was nothing inside. The website description very clearly stated it contained “an adorable blue bunny plush, personalised Easter egg and a variety of different treats” none of this was in the box and when my partner emailed to question this he was met with a very unhelpful response. They then quickly changed the description of the product on their website. At no point did they offer to send out the missing items or come to any sort of solution, they denied it ever said that on the website (we have screenshots of what it said - which they accused my partner of using AI to alter the wording!). They then removed his account so he couldn’t further get in touch with them or leave a review. Absolutely shocking customer service and falsely advertised products.

Ordered personalised pregnancy folder for a mum to be and both her and her partner loved it! Great quality and quick delivery. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Ordered the Sand coloured jumper which shows online on both phone and PC as a cream colour, it is not, it is much darker and brown in colour. Be cautious of this when ordering as I was also not entitled to a refund because it was “personalised”, however not with any names just “big sister”. So you’d think as they falsely advertised a colour, it is March, it is likely they would sell the exact jumper again by December. The stitching etc is good but just really disappointed with the colour as I would not have ordered that colour had it shown the correct colour on the images. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending to friends and family. I have encouraged the company to change the images used to “match” the colours sent so no one else receives a disappointing and in correct order.

I requested some wording was changed on a product but wasn’t expecting the request to be accepted so was very pleased when the item arrived and they’d changed the wording for me!

I have purchased multiple personalised items from this site and they do not fail to exceed my expectations for the price you pay. From the quality of the Pom Pom hats and sizing, my grandkids have had loads of wear from each one I have purchased. 0-12mth he wore from 2mth and then again from 8mth to 1yr; I then bought the next size 12-24mth and I know this will easily fit until he is over 2yrs. I also purchased a personalised Pom Pom blanket, it is simply stunning! I cannot recommend All About the Bump enough, they do not disappoint. Thank you once again, I will be buying from you again soon.

I ordered a personalised wooden train set from this company, sending my order through on Sunday evening. I paid a little extra for a faster delivery. My parcel arrived Wednesday morning. I found the train set to be very well made and with great care. Well suited for a toddler to have hours of fun. I would highly recommend this product and this company.
