fantastic service
first time ordered from company, had emails to comfirm when coming, even when my son was still in bed when delivery man came he called me , unable to take his call , rang him back and he came back to delivery my underlay...now thats what i call service, i will be ordering from them again

I visited your website by sheer chance and found underlay similar to some recently purchased. I had asked for a quote from the company concerned for another room and after putting the measurement required into your calculator I was thrilled to find the quote was half the cost! I was happy to pay the delivery fee and was even happier when the underlay was delivered around lunchtime the next day.

No problem in recommending to anyone. However, it's worth noting that website states standard delivery is normally next working day whereas after you've ordered and when you receive confirmation of despatch this says to allow 2-3 working days for receipt. My goods arrived after 2 days.

Phoned for advice on a esoteric question about replacing underlay for better sound and impact dampening (young children!). Ended up speaking to the boss who gave excellent advice.
