incredibly fast delivery amazingly low prices!

Very pleased with the underlay - it arrived quickly and is of good quality. Also we feel the underlay is good value for money. The only negative is that the underlay was torn in a couple of areas when delivered. I would recommend the company and product.

1st class service, ordered online but didn't input the correct delivery address, sent an email and recieved a reply of 'no problem at all' not only was I assured it would be ammended accordingly but I recieved a follow up email confirming the address had definitly been changed, cannot fault the customer service I recieved. Would highly reccomend !!

even when i wanted to return a roll that i over ordered there wasnt a problem and it was bought back at full price even after 2 months i just had to pay for the carrige

The delivery was surprisingly quick.The underlay was exactly as described & very reasonably priced. Paying through paypal was also another reason I used all about underlay. If I was to make a critism then the only thing I can think of would be that the p&p prices were'nt shown prior to the checkout page even though the p&p prices were very reasonable.

Was looking for acoustic underlay for my engineered wood flooring and amongst the plethora of companies and products I came across all-about-underlay. I sent a product enquiry email and received a very prompt and comprehensive response from David Abbott, who could not have been more helpful and professional. The advice he gave me, also in relation to products not on their site, was invaluable. Once ordered the underlay arrived within 2 days. All in all great service and I will order again in the future when is do the rest of the house.
