So easy to fill the the forms in, well happy with the quote, very good for so little money.

Mark the gentleman who helped me spoke very clearly, slowly that I could understand everything that he was explaining about my travel insurance. Also he was very kind, knowledgeable & helpful. The insurance is very good value

Very friendly, efficient customer service. There were a lot of questions that had to be covered but the whole process was conducted very smoothly and efficiently by the staff member. I'm happy with the price.

I spoke to Gemma Bowman of your office today and she was most helpful resolving an issue with an extra medical condition to be declared. I ran 3 different companies before I retired and know what good staff look like - Gemma is a credit to your organisation.

Just tried to renew my annual policy with "Insure and Go" who are sister companies, and they are £300 more than "All clear" for exactly the same cover. Does not make sense to me. But luckily Eden delt with my call perfectly and was so helpful.

I called AllClear today to renew my travel insurance. I rang them - as opposed to using the website - as I had a couple of questions to ask. The initial person I spoke to was very helpful, and identified which department I needed to speak to, and they quickly transferred me to that department. The person in that department was very informative and effective, & they answered my questions clearly, and I therefore renewed the travel policy with them. Good staff, good service. Many thanks
