Never ever do work for this company, you will never get paid on time, have to chase up getting paid and it can take months. Avoid at all costs.

I needed help from my local Allcures today in Clay Hill Road Basildon and as always happy to help me . Simon and the girls are always so helpful and caring . Lovely personal service . They all deserve a pay rise . Thank you so much . X

This company doesn't pay locum pharmacists for shifts they have completed. Pharmacists are having to take legal action against them. Due to non-payment of wholesaler bills they were also unable to order urgent medicines for patients. Very dishonest.

I haven’t been paid for over two months, I have spoken to the head office and other branches of allcures, not only are they unhelpful towards getting paid, most of the staff are rude and totally unsympathetic. I have did my due diligence of working for them for three shifts and yet I have not been paid at all.

PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, I REPEAT!

Allcures no no no I’ve been waiting for my metformin for 2 weeks when I phoned on Tuesday 22 April I was told it’s on the van, which was a blantent lie. As I phoned back 2 days later, they couldn’t get it, and to ask the doctor for a new prescription for liquid why wasn’t this done before. Now today Friday still no medication, not feeling well atm, but hey they just don’t give a flying fig. Never will I use them again 😡

This company refuse to pay their locum pharmacists on time. If you are a Locum please do not work for this company.
They are very unprofessional and do not respond to emails.

I placed an order on Monday the 4th of December,it is now Thursday the 7th and it still hasn’t been dispatched,I’ve emailed and messaged on social media but no reply,I won’t be ordering from them again.

Made a purchase for delivery to EU. Took as long as promised including customs clearance at both sides. Will definitely order again as unable to find my stuff outside UK

Ordered 2 bottles of cough medicine and paid £7.99 'Priority Delivery' for what I thought would mean next day delivery. They arrived 5 days later and one of the bottles was broken (not great packaging). So l paid £22 for a £7 bottle of medicine! Won't be buying from them again or recommending them to anyone.

Hi. I've used the pharmacy in Warrington in my neighbourhood for over 15 years. Never was there an issuse. Unfortunately, after the takeover, you are lucky to get all your prescription items the first time. The pharmacy hardly keeps full stock of items and you always have to come again & again or try some other pharmacys Long queues everytime you come. The waiting time for collection are ridiculous.

Great service, thank you for the free pastilles, it was like receiving a lucky dip. It was actually quite novel for my order to be processed. The previous online pharmacies took my order and money and then cancelled it a couple of days later.

Excellent service! Delivery was very swift. I called Allcures to ask for the tracking number as I couldn't find the dispatch email. The person I spoke with was incredibly polite and helpful and they sent the tracking information to me via email within minutes of me calling. I will be very happy to shop with Allcures again. Thank you.

My mum has her blister pack done by the one in Rochdale, the staff are ignorant can’t be bother have an attitude, every month there is a problem with her medication this weekend she is left with no medication till Monday messsages never get past to the right member ov staff that deals with the blister packs i have cancelled her scripts with your company would not recommend them to anyone all my family have cancelled with them because of the way you get treated 😡

Awful pharmacy. If you are requiring medication for any health issue then do yourself a favour and find a pharmacy that knows what they are doing. Missing medication and incorrect medication issued which is a HUGE concern when they are helping people manage their health.

If I could review allcures vange basildon a zero I would every month my husband's medication is half missing, medication that is essential I may add. The pharmacist that use to work there was faultless and knew all her customers and their med's but since they have changed their staff its a shambles and when you complain to their head office they eventually answer with a non expectable excuse if you can use another pharmacist DO stay as far away from allcures as possible
