Canceled my order after taking payment
Canceled my order after taking payment. Not happy. Have advised Bank will refund but not great behaviour and I have to wait a week apparently to get my £120 returned. Total waste of my time, hope you have a better experience than me if you choose to use them. I will never use this organisation again.

Hi James,
After reviewing your consultation answers and medication history, our prescriber was unable to approve your order because they did not consider it safe or clinically appropriate in your case.
We appreciate this may be disappointing, but patient safety must always come first. You have not been charged for the rejected order and it is up to your bank to remove the charge as it has been canceled from our end. Some banks cancel the charge instantly but if they haven't you can contact your bank and ask them to remove it straight away.

Great customer service.
Ordered a prescription online and although I didn’t realise the cut off was 3pm for same day pick up and I placed the order just after 4pm, they were actually really nice about it when I just turned up after 6pm and still gave me my prescription. The lady who dealt with me was lovely, I’m sure the whole team is equally lovely. Thank you.
