Excellent service! I purchased a beautiful bracelet for my wife as a Christmas present, the item was beautifully made, well packaged and arrived swiftly via Royal Mail special delivery. Unfortunately my wife didn't like the design I picked so decided to return it. The service provided was second to none, they agreed the return no questions asked and the money was back in my account within 48 hours of them receiving the return. I guess I'm writing this review to highlight how good the returns process was, so anyone unsure if they should buy or not, they can rest assured that the return will be processed easily and quickly should you decide to return anything. All you have to do is pay for special delivery via Royal mail which costs around £10 (so the item is insured), which in the grand scheme is very little considering the items value and the swiftness it allows everything to be processed. Thanks again Albie & the team ♥️

Hi I was looking for a diamond neckless and come across all diamonds was a bit apprehensive at first but then I read the reviews on Trustpilot and they were amazing. Really excellent service, I took a chance and bought a engagement ring on the Friday 26/12/2025 with the hope it will come for New Years when I rung on the 29/12/2025 I was told the ring was made to order and not available in stock I was gutted but the assistant helped me find an alternative ring which was delivered on next day 30/12/2025 I was really happy as it meant I was able to get engaged on New Year's Eve absolutely top class service.
