Don't promise
Didn't have the ring I ordered in stock so paid a fee to get the ring I wanted resized, I asked if it would be ready for specific date as we were going on holiday and was promised it was going to be there before said date. After chasing and chasing they then tell me it wouldn't be ready and would be delivered the day after the specific date I requested. Don't make promises you can't keep.

An amazing gift for my wife and surprise . The only thing was that upon arrival the packaging was ripped and the box very damaged, also upon opening the tissue paper around gift was ruined. This is not your fault but it did dampen my giving of the gift.

Fabulous quality & excellent service
Our order was not the norm as we requested delivery to our French address & this was severely complicated by the nonesense of post-Brexit customs procedures. This severely delayed delivery & was as much an irritation to Alldiamond as it was to us. However, it was dealt with professionaly & we were kept informed at every stage.
