Fraudsters. I paid them and they did not ship my item. Then they asked for more money.

Parcel gone, post office says they don't have package and allegro protect cannot help me with refund because this package has to be returned to seller! How if package gone. Very bad customer experience!

Replay to Allegro: already contacted, Allegro doesn't helped me

The customer service is a joke. They don't help when someone get cheated nor they delete fraudulent "sellers" accounts. They don't verify "buyers" false-complaints, even when they are told to and when they get proofs/screens.

Avoid it.

Contacted Dean at Allegro Mortgages to be financially qualified. Literally was so quick , communicated throughly and clearly. Exchanged within weeks.

I have used Allegro 5 times in only a great days. Till now this company is great!

Hard times to get money back too.

Did not deliver package. Started a discussion with them for redelivery or refund. They did not redeliver and wrote that they gave me a refund. Refund is not received and the site closed the discussion.
This is a scam. Do not order from here

Brilliant site, and works really well. Has kept EBay at bay in Poland. Wish we had this in the UK too.

Somewhat decent shopping spot but there are MANY flaws:
- delivery costs and the threshold for the free delivery are way too high,
- in search results, there's no way to sort sellers that ship from abroad,
- they modify the order of the search results to their liking - it's called "sorting with matching" (Sortowanie z dopasowaniem) and it's INCREDIBLY ANNOYING as it's turned on EVERYWHERE if you "sort by price" and there's NO WAY to turn it off. You believe that sorting by price exists here? Think again, it's all modified by Allegro's engine.

There ARE a few pro's though:
- from my experience, the support is nice, friendly and helpful,
- you can find some things that can't easily be found elsewhere.

Never had any problems. People selling there are strangers to allegro staff, that's why I always check seller's rating before ordering.

Package rapidely received, absence of any form of problem

Support agents leaves chat without providing further details. Never experienced such nonsense. They answers first question and just leaves chat. I had questions for seller who did not provided any details or info regarding order delivery tracking for a week. In this case all situation was unclear and felt shady. There was no cancelation options. Support pointed out to open return request (return request for item that seller did not ship) and that the seller has 14 days to decide if he accepts return request. Experience after first purchase at Allegro - not received order or proper support and till now I'm waiting for my 300 euros to be refunded. This is my first and last order from Allegro.. I hope I will receive refund.

I've been using this website for many years and never had any problems with it. I had about 2 disputes with a seller and the customer service solved it in both cases.
