A good place to place your goods and purchases. But I noticed that recently the number of unscrupulous sellers has increased on the site. If you buy from trusted stores, then there will be no problems. I would like the platform administration to actively develop the platform in terms of protecting buyers

I bought some herbal tea from a shop to be sent to Denmark (checked it first, and DK was OK by the seller in Poland), received final purchase confirmation email after successful payment, waited for 1 year and never received the product. No follow-up email from Allegro, only several marketing emails with no "unsubscribe" button.

This is one of the few websites in my life that I had to recover my password, only to sign-in and DELETE my account!

Thank you, Allegro for shipping some stuff to Lithuania and for adding an option to see prices in euros and in english. But still, many items are not available for shipping to LT, sadly, I use proxy address instead to Suwałki then lithuanians living in there deliver it to me. :) Still great store to check some stuff out.

Made an account and placed my first order, despite the bad reviews.

My first impression: The website is excellent, the store has many products with very reasonable shipping in my opinion.

If I would have to give 2 small improvement tips it would be 1: Offer more payment options and 2: sometimes the English translation of the website could be a little bit better.

I hope my next experience will be great again and I will definitely use Allegro in the future.

Poor service, instead of saving time, you spend much more to clarify all misunderstandings and waste money.
Service is poorly managed and programmed, message added by me was not transferred to seller, so I received wrong item. DO NOT RECOMMEND, IF YOU WANT TO SAVE TIME GO TO PHYSICAL SHOP OR OTHER PLATFORM

Don't know why there are so many bad reviews on allegro... It's An amazing website, i use it to ship to my customers international in europe and my experience so far is really good! All the suppliers i've contacted trough this website are friendly and ship fast!

Im seller, my account was blocked so i write buyer to open chargeback with him bank.
So allegro write me about opened chargeback i confirm that, but allegro cheat seller bank and say money refund is approved, but he still not receive money!
ITS SCAMMERS COMPANY! They cheat visa/mastercad! I have all proof photos!!!
Okey payment gate is PayU so i contact with them and they answer sorry we cant help 😅😅😅 so buyer don’t have money… i cant refund because blocked… perfect scammers company!! My company Linomia ltd if you have same problem can contact with me! We fink find good lawyers company.

Since September 2021 I am waiting to get my 1625 PLN Polish Zloty back and still no reply and now they remove any phone support or the chat. I was business cleint with this company since 2003. Very bad company my advice as in eccommerce and foremer vice president Sun Microsystems stay away from Allegro.pl

Their app sends stupid and irrelevant notifications, they keep insisting that I'm interested in Pampers products for babies, while my latest search was hazard warning stickers and I don't even have children nor planning to have as I'm better off without them in my life. So my question is, why do they search for something that doesn't match a person in any way?

If I could give 0 I would have…PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALLEGRO. I bought a present for my cousin last year and since then they started charging me for allegro smart without my concent £2.60 a month I tried to cancel and they kept telling me I have no account. Even though they were sending me invoice monthly…I rang my bank and blocked the payment.STAY AWAY AT all costs worst company ever and their customer service staff is awful….😡

I did not know what to expect, because of many bad reviews. However I have still tried it and ordered some fragrances. Products came to Slovakia really fast and everything was as I have wanted. I have bought from sellers that had many reviews and great rating on the site, just to be more sure. The website itself is also in English, so there is no language barrier, even though I can understand the Polish language too.

Aggressive sellers, utterly incompetent customer service. Beware.

Dont make a mistake ordering or working with the automated services cause you are entering a world of pain. so much money and they use email for customer services and helpline. when you do get and anser they are crude and rude to you. pretty sure ther is no supervision.

Please give me a way to leave negative stars. The most incompetent company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Ordered warranty replacement of NordicTrack in October. Allegro spent two months sending emails to sellers no reply email address to schedule delivery. Why? Because they're morons with no process improvement capability. When we finally figured that out for them I had the joy of dealing with the morons in their service center. Two weeks since the original delivery date, no treadmill, different stories, dates, stupidity, etc... from each rep. If the company you're buying from uses Allegro go to their competitor who doesn't. Call NordicTrack, get prices, and then don't buy from and when they ask why tell them because they use Allegro.

I'm very happy with Allegro. Lots of different suppliers and options. I also like the dispute resolution system and overall even being a foreigner in Poland with very limited understanding of the language, everything works really fine.

Very good service, delivery excellent, and if you are not satisfied they give back money or change products right away. !!!

There was a small problem and allegro refused to help by sending automated messages. I hope Amazon.pl is a better alternative now.

Edit after Allegro responded: completely misleading answer as they know my username plus Ive just complained about this issue on their website. Avoid Allegro if you value your time and money!
