Very helpful assistance from Lilith at first instance and in passing on a post- purchase enquiry to one of your engineers for a request for some simple advice. Regrettably, nearly a week later, no response at all from the ‘engineer’. Poor after sales surprisingly.

Quality products from a great business
Allendale Ultrasonics has an extensive range of ultrasonic cleaners, and provides detailed information on these to enable an informed product choice to be made. I purchased a compact 3L Cavitek Series ultrasonic cleaner for home use, primarily cleaning bicycle parts.
The device is very good quality, easy to use and has a good range of options allowing for flexibility depending on what needs to be cleaned. The bike chains and cassettes I have cleaned were cleaned far more thoroughly than by any other method I have tried, and with far less time and effort. It is easy to clean out afterwards. A great device for the home user.
The specific device that I purchased completely fulfils my requirements, and this is in large part due to the comprehensive and clear pre-sale information provided by Allendale. If you are in need of an ultrasonic cleaner, I would highly recommend Allendale.

It did a reasonable job cleaning a Zenith carburettor. My choice was partly influenced by the ‘Made in Britain’ claim on the website that seemed to cover all products. I was disappointed to see a ‘Made in China’ label on the back on of the tank.

We’re proud to say that all our cleaning fluids and powders are formulated, tested and manufactured here in the UK. Our large ultrasonic cleaning systems are also designed and engineered in the UK.
For benchtop ultrasonic units are built to our designs and standards in a facility in China due to competitively priced systems on the market, UK manufacture would not be viable or sustainable.
As we continue to grow, our UK operations have recently expanded with new assembly areas, part of our ongoing investment in British manufacturing.

Great technical service
I recently bought a second-hand 20 litre digital cleaner, which had a fault, so contacted Allendale, via their website.
Dave, the Technical Manager got back to me quickly with a couple of suggestions and thought it was likely to be a faulty circuit board. He sent me a link to their online parts shop......given these cleaners are around £500 new, I was expecting the worst, in terms of cost, but was pleasantly surprised to find the whole board was around £30 delivered.
Dave sent me pictorial instructions which worked a treat.
10 minutes later and the cleaner was good as new !
