What a terrible idea it was to purchase…
What a terrible idea it was to purchase off these cowboys.
Machine packed in after 5 minutes, I sent it back to be told that I had used the wrong product in it!
EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED EVERYTHING FROM THEM!

Very difficult to simply get your order.
Having ordered a few items, I appreciated they were out of stock, and due in on 28th April. Now 2 weeks later and several telephone calls to chase up the order, still nothing. Called again last week and told the order would be despatched, and it wasn't. Called this week and told the order would be despatched, so fingers crossed it turns up. How difficult is it to put a few items in a box and send it out. I certainly will not be buying from them again.
So, whilst I'm unable to review the actual products, I can wholeheartedly state the service is appalling, and telling me misleading information about despatch is really unprofessional. Probably best to find a more professional supplier if you require Ultrasonic products. If this is a reflection of the companies abilities, I will be wary of service in the event of a warranty claim. Hopefully I will never need to find out.
