Excellent service! I contacted them late yesterday afternoon to arrange recovery of my Ford Ranger to the Ford dealership, asking if they could do it by Wednesday. They said they could do it the next day (today). They arrived first thing this morning. Prompt, reliable, and hassle-free—highly recommend!

Ali and William arrived to our accident so quickly and were so kind! They came to rescue the other vehicle but they did not want to leave me and my young son standing on the A1 alone so they took us somewhere safe and made sure we were able to get a taxi. They also offered to help recovery our car if we were let down by the company coming for us. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

The guy who towed my car Service was brilliant spot on no complaints there but I was taken back by the cost when he asked for £234 pounds for a five minute journey chelmsford to chelmsford i called the office after job was finished to question the price? he said he will call me back in 5mins? He never did funny that 🤔definitely got ripped off as i'm assuming it's between £1.50/£3.50 per mile including call out fee which was quoted £50 so in total, it should have only cost me between £80/£150 fair price but not this time

My compliments go out to the absolute legend of a driver Bailey who managed to get my car over to the garage in record time like london traffic wasnt a thing. An absolute character and a one man show, incredibly kind, friendly and very generous (he bought me an oasis en route to my pick up point...touch!!). As well as a massive thank you to the company for being so patient despite giving them a bit of a run around in the morning. Very patient understanding and knowledgable.

My husband called and scheduled a pick up for a car. The price, location and time were all agreed on the phone. The man ‘Philip’ later naming himself ‘Johnathan’ never showed up. If he didn’t want to take the booking, he should have just said from the initial phone call instead of wasting everyone’s time. Seems more like a scam they don’t even deserve one star.

I'd really recommend. I tried calling RAC & AA both had no answer, but got a hold for All Essex Recovery in minutes. Came out within the hour. Kept in touch and really helpful!

Absolutely top service. I was stuck in London in a large commercial vehicle that needed my livelihood recovering to Northampton. I rang, got straight through to an operator who took my details thoroughly and understood everything I explained to them. A recovery agent then turned up in very good time, despite London traffic and had me hooked up and on the road in no time. The agent was a great lad, who made the journey a great journey despite the hardship of a bad day. I would 10/10 recommend this company
