Prompt and excellent service!

Liam did a stellar job after I called with a dead car battery - he arrived promptly and kept me up to date with his ETA. Also stayed for a while to ensure the issue was completely fixed. Excellent service!

Black Eagle recovery came to the rescue…

Black Eagle recovery came and rescued me after an accident and were there within 25 minutes of my phone call to them
2 great guys, Bailey and Ally
Knew their stuff and I was home in next to no time
Thank you for great service
Highly recommended

Liam and Bailey were awesome

Liam and Bailey were awesome. Liam was very communicative from the off and kept me updated all along the way. On top of that they were just good and decent down to earth human beings. Highly recommended

Nothing but the best my car decided to…

Nothing but the best my car decided to breakdown down not even halfway to the airport this company made sure someone was out within the hour and reassured me throughout but a big special thanks go to Bailey who made is possible for me and my children not to miss the flight with literally 10 minutes to spare we made it he went over and beyond even dropped my car to my local garage thank you again Bailey without u me and my children wouldn’t of made our flight

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service. Extremely unprofessional. Left our driver for over 6 hrs after continuously informing us they are on the way. Told us they would check with driver and call us back, never called us back. Reverted to ignoring calls and messages for updates even when calling on alternative telephone numbers they would then ignore calls. Avoid this service!

Booked it in early in the morning .
Changed the appointment 6 times then didn’t even answer the phone ..
shocking company .. shocking service ..
didn’t even have the decency to say they wasn’t coming in the end ..
