Barry was very attentive and responsive once I had made the call for recovery. There was a little confusion with the price but after speaking to Barry I understood why it was more than the quote.

Only suggestion I would give is that the price quoted on the phone should be the final figure including VAT as to avoid confusion.

I had two other RECOVERY firms come out and they could not do the job on the range Rover, but this company the driver Barry done the job. No problem and made it look very easy very highly recommended.

quick pickup time,took my vauxhall corsa half a mile to the nearest garage and charged me £230! no quote prior on the phone.how do you get the £50 quote on the website?

Collected is promptly .... then upon delivery demanded an instant bank transfer before offloading .... refused to take a card payment, I told the guy on phone that I had to return to our office as my mobile banking app doesn't allow me to setup new payees - he then threatened to take the vehicle away costing us a large amount to be redeliversd .... became extremely irate and threatening ... called me a c**t too !! Scammer ... avoid.

I would highly recommend. Very quick to respond on a Saturday when many others I called couldn't. They will definitely be the first people I call if it ever happens again.

Fantastic breakdown company. Was told within the hour by Ali and it literally was. Very quick to get me off the hard shoulder which is very dangerous. Ali was a gentlemen offering me a warm drink once we stopped off at the service station. Would definitely recommend. Very good service. Thank you.

Had my daughter’s car recovered today as it broke down on the way to Clacton. Spoke to this company on the phone, very polite and professional. Was quoted a price payable on delivery to home address, no deposit needed, no bank details given. I couldn’t give the exact address as the car was literally parked on a grass verge! The driver Barry, kept in contact the whole way, was very patient when I couldn’t even find a postcode! Eventually found and delivered to my home. Would recommend to anyone. 5 *
